Google says they open at 5:30am. I travel out of town every day for work so I stop by on my way out sometimes. 3 out of the last 5 times I've arrived there after 6am with a mobile app order, they were still closed. I've never seen a McDonalds that can't open on time. Then it's a hassle getting my online order refunded. Do better.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years given that it’s in the heart of the City it’s extremely convenient when you want to grab a quick snack. I’m not sure what is going on as of late, but for the past 6months I’ve had the worse experiences with a Drive thru employee named Fernando and the Night manager Maria. The experiences have been brought up to the GM Bono several times and to my surprise it appears that my concerns mean nothing. Tonight I got off work late and just wanted a quick bite and although I knew better then to stop at McDonald’s I went against my better judgement and made the stop. To get to the point when I received my food this evening I checked it like everyone does and noticed that I was missing an item. Before I could ask for it Fernando shut or slams rather the window and continued prepping other orders. That’s normal for him I thought to myself but as I sat there waving my hands for 5mins while Maria the manager stood there watching I was in disbelief that this was real life. Maria opens the window with anger and irritation and asked what I needed once she gave me my missing items I asked why my experience was like this every time She said and I quote YOU BLACK PEOPLE DO THIS ALL THE TIME shocked and confused I obviously expressed my disappointment in the interaction and said I would be speaking to the GM manager again , that’s when Employee Fernando stands up behind Maria and says do what you want I’m going to call the police on you and tell them your making threats, he then continued to get my LP. In the moment I found this funny and outlandish bc I didn’t make any threats but mentioned I would be speaking to the GM. But after a Min I thought about the countless black people that get pulled over for nothing and then end up dead. The thought of me driving home from this thru just took a dark turn, will I make it home??the actions of these employees weren’t so funny anymore weaponizing the police should be against the LAW especially when your dealing with people of color. I SAY all this to say it’s clear this McDonald's and The GM don’t care about complaints or specifically the LIVES OF Black people. Tonight was disappointing and was an experience I’ll make sure gets reported at the highest levels so no other black person experiences this. If u don’t believe me just take a drive after 10pm and say Hi to the night manager Maria her snarky condescending attitude will be all the confirmation you need to know this is a true story. At this point I will be finding out how to complain on a bigger scale but just in case someone else has experienced this rude nasty behavior just know you aren’t alone. Weaponizing police and being called racial slurs should never be tolerated at any MCDONALDS IM calling on the GM BONO TO DO BETTER BLM!!!!!!!!

Placed an app order for pickup. Got home with the food and every bit of it was cold. Went back thinking it's an easy fix (I also work as a manager in customer service, just give the person hot food) they gave me food for sure but I pointed out that the chicken on my sandwich wasn't hot. They wanted me to park which I refused cause I didn't want to wait for more cold food so I waited at the window. They then gave me my hot food and wouldn't let me ask them why they care more about drive through times then customer service, proceeded to slam the window in my face and when I looked through my bag they didn't give me my sauce. Trying to get there attention while being ignored I started nicely honking (quick taps) to get there attention. Someone literally yelled "stop honking" instead of seeing what I needed. Finally someone reluctantly grabbed my sauce and assure me they care way more about customer service then drive through times. If I had a drink I would've thrown it. These people are always rude and don't give a fuck. Will serve you cold food and not really fix it then ignore you when you want to ask why they would do that to you. If I could give negative stars I would lmao

Went through the drive through last night (12/4/23) and ordered a fish sandwich. The bread was extremely hard and old. The fish patty was left out for hours at least. It was rock hard and cold. I'm 100% sure they gave me a return that was sitting out. That's disgusting.

Had a double cheeseburger and fries. Worst hamburger I’ve ever had and fries were old. Will never go to mc Donald’s again. They have gone really downhill the last couple of times I’ve eaten there.

ABSOLUTE MADHOUSE OF SCREECHING, PUNCHING, KICKING, STEALING SCHOOL KIDSthis location is next to a school. when it gets out they all flood the McDonald's. They scream so loud inside that It hurts, sprint around and throw things everywhere on all of the tables. They were having a fight outside, punching kicking and recording it all gathered in a circle. One of them stole my food and ran away with the bag. I still had to pay but got nothing to eat because i had no time left.employees are so short staffed that they do not have time to acknowledge customers. (so overwhelmed and stressed)They will not provide any service as in they will ignore me waiting at the register indefinitely. they will stare at me in silence and/or walk away if I try to speak to them, straight up pretending I don't exist. maybe they cant understand me?Kid-friendliness: next to a school, infested with insane screeching children.

For me the food not good,had to (STOP eating meat 4 years ago,my hart did it's own bypass collateral artery) so I would only go to MCDONALD'S to get soft ice cream for my dog and myself but they raised to price so much I stopped and now go to TOMS
