I go to this particular mcds ALOT...they are always smiling, friendly and kindđ» it's not easy dealing with the moods of humans - we can be so cantankerous with one another depending on our mood but I have only always been treated like a star. I love all of you and am always grateful you choose to show up and serve usâŁïž I'm not always in a great mood and sometimes I show up with my personal grump - I'm sorry.

I waited at the reserve spot for over 15 mins after the mcd worker told me it'll take 2 mins for the chicken nuggets to be ready. After seeing several cars getting food that came after me, I called their phone number and no one answers. I was waiting with 2 kids crying kids in the car and when I went in to the actual restaurant. The worker said she'll work on it. I went back into the car and saw 2 more cars in the drive thru that got their food. I went back in and told them to cancel my order and demanded a full refund. The staff didn't give me a hard time but instead of giving me a refund on my card, he charged my card again. Good thing I check my account right there, and I told him to give me refund in cash because I can't have him mistakenly charge me a 3rd time. Absolutely the worse service!

At this McDonaldâs location, there is a female employee with black and brown hair whose behavior was unfortunately inappropriate. I respectfully request that the necessary actions be taken to provide customer service training and improve her professional conduct.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered three McGriddles meals. Instead, I was given three sausage McMuffins, and to make it worse, the food was cold. Very disappointing experience. Double-check your order if you come here â or better yet, stay away from this location.

online ordered for the deals, came to this McDonaldâs told me their screen was down and to come back in 10 minutes, came back and still wouldnât give me the order and that I would have to come back in the morning for a refund even tho I already paid

This McDonaldâs is one of the nicest ones around! The staff were super friendly and helpful đ The kidsâ play place is big, bright, and very clean â perfect for families with little ones.
Even though there was a small soda spill near the pickup counter, the whole dining area stayed tidy, and every customer I saw cleaned up their own table before leaving đ It really shows how well-managed this place is.
đ Bonus: Played the McDonaldâs Monopoly game and actually won a free drink! Such a fun little surprise đ„€
