I can't stand it when they make you pull forward to wait for your food so they can clear the order out inside the building to get better drive through times. From now on I will refuse to move forward from the window, because once you do that I think it takes so much longer to get your order.

I got a Doordash order and it was from this store. I ordered two sets of hotcakes a sausage mc muffin meal and 3 hash browns 2 small orange juices and a BLACK ICED COFFEE! The sausage mc muffin was hard like it had been sitting in the warmer for too long. I asked on my order to get syrup for both hotcakes orders, and got NO SYRUP! HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO EAT HOTCAKES WITHOUT SYRUP? THE ICED COFFEE HAD MORE CREAM AND SUGAR THEN COFFEE. LET ME REMIND YOU IWAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE ANY CREAM OR SUGAR. If you don't want to do DoorDash orders don't accept.them. But don't waste your customers time and money by intentionally messing up their order.

Went here with My Father yesterday morning to eat breakfast. The service was pretty good. I noticed that there wasn't a lot of people inside the restaurant. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Meal with a hashbrown and Large Decaf Coffee with five creams and two splendas. My Father ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Meal with a hashbrown and Large Coffee with four creams and two splendas. The female worker was really nice and respectful. By the way, it has been a while since My Father and I last went to this McDonald's location on Watt Ave near El Camino Ave to eat breakfast.
I was the first person to order in the Drive-Thru with nobody in front of me. They asked me to park in spot number one so that they could bring me my food in a minute and it took 15 plus minutes until I walked into the restaurant to retrieve my food. And my fries were cold just the cherry on top of the cake!

Also, no onions = with onions.
Frustrating that they can't get my order right. Plus I'm overcharged. Wasting my money.
