The lady did not greet me at the first window in the drive thru, not even to tell me what my total was. After taking my payment she returned my card with receipt again, without saying one word to me. Horrible service. My food was cold and dry, my fries had no salt and tasted old as well.

Its a mcdonalds. But not only did they get orders wrong, but also just made the food poorly and it was likely on purpose.
The last time I was there I got a burger and fries, they gave me a small fry instead of a large (even said large on the receipt that was taped to the bag)
And the burger had so much mayonnaise it was inedible. You would HAVE to do that on purpose.

I ordered an orange Hi-C Punch but was given two Fanta drinks even after correcting the staff. My large unsweetened iced tea was also missing, and I felt rushed and dismissed in the drive-through. I hope they improve order accuracy and customer service.

Got through most of my bagel before realizing that I’ve been eating moldy bread. I try to give this location some grace because I know how hard it is to work in fast food but I can no longer continue to support after this. Please look into using FIFO management for your inventory. Every morning bread should be inspected for freshness and its expiration date looked at. Expired bread should be wasted and NEVER should be sold! Do better McDonald’s on watt.
Fries where fresh. But they do not seem to understand add extra onion or pickle. Rest of food was warm and soda needed to be changed

Food tasted funky, I had ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and it tasted so off. I couldn’t finish it and threw it in the trash, had only take two bites. Ended up rushing to the bathroom. Do not recommend this location? I was on my lunch at work so I couldn’t even go back and ask for my money back since I was on a time crunch. Chose them because they had no line but now I’m seeing why…. Sad to have wasted my money.
