I am 81, remember when mcdonalds was delicious in the 80s, well I kept my receipt from 3006 K st. 19.75 for two burgers and 1 medium fry, ridiculous. I opened it up on 12/18 it was the worst burgers I've ever had. Soggy until they fell apart, threw both away, I ate the medium fries, that's all. I'm sure the owner is a nice person, but there food they gave me was unedible!!! Save your money!!!, uñhappy c

Incredibly sad and disturbing scenes inside and all over the parking lot area and sidewalks surrounding this McDonald's 😿. Although my heart breaks for all the homeless people in the area something must be done. I honestly had to walk out of there two times this month because it was filled with sleeping homeless people on the tables. This is true I know that it sounds unreal but I am not lying I wish something could be done to change things.

My daughter and I thought a quick meal might be tasty here... However we were rudely awaken by the sudden, sharp reality that the meat literally was a tasteless piece of mush we could not digest! No flavor, no seasoning in the burger! I asked for fries with light salt for us but received extra salt. It was all backwards. You cannot refill your own drink, they do not give sauces or ketchup or even have it really available to get yourself. A pity that I will never eat at this location again.

Has asbetos to point me and my family the entire time we were in their kept coughing soon as we entered went to the bathroom saw black mold on the wall and door and saw a rat when I was ordering only had two people during the dinner rush I recommend not coming here unless you want homeless people surrounding your table

Ridiculous lines you just wait forever. Don't come go find someplace else because this place is freaking horrible people don't understand I didn't go there because I wanted to be insulted.The food cooked was not edible and when I sang not edible, I mean it tasted like the meat was spoiled in this sandwich., pretty pretty bad I would not go there.I would not go there, don't go.Don't be stupid.Run is way as fast as you can horrible.Altogether, I would not come here again.

Says 24/7 yet when I get there at 3.30 am the manager rudely says they’re closed. Ask him if the drive through was open and he said no we’re closed there too and walks away.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this McDonald’s. The drive-through employee was rude, called me “dude,” and even used profanity toward me. When I asked for his name, he refused. I also spoke with the manager, who did not address the situation or provide the employee’s information.
On top of that, several basic menu items, including Filet-O-Fish and McCrispy, were said to be “not available,” which added to the frustration.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope corporate investigates and takes appropriate action.

Went to McDonald’s today ordered a large iced latte, it was given to me in a medium size plastic glass? When I inquired about it, they told me that is considered the large container? I travel all over for work and every day I get a large iced latte and it has always been served in their largest cup. Told them I will not be returning to this location. Also ordered two cheeseburgers and the other reviewer on here is right the patties here are so flat they’re almost nonexistent. I don’t know what’s wrong with this McDonald’s but I won’t be returning. There’s too many other locations that are better.

Dear McDonald Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store (25509) 3006 k st, Sacramento, California 95816 location during the early morning hours of November 09,2025 .

At 2:37 AM, I was informed at the drive through that the location was closed despite the fact that your website and online listings clearly state that this restaurant operates 24 hours. When I returned at 3:15 AM, I was told that the store could not take any orders because there was “only one staff member working.” The employee at the drive through window claimed to be alone, yet it was evident that other staff members were inside, visibly talking and not assisting.

This is not the first time I have experienced this issue at this location. As someone who works at a nearby hospital, I often visit this restaurant during late hours. When the manager, Fernando, is on duty, the service is always professional and courteous he is an excellent employee. However, when he is not present, the staff frequently claim they are closed, that the system is “updating,” or otherwise refuse service without a valid reason.

This behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the entire team. It appears that certain employees are choosing not to work and are making their own rules, which damages the reputation of your business and frustrates loyal customers like myself.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to address the staff responsible for these repeated incidents. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure this location operates according to the company’s stated hours and service standards.
