I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru thanks to Emilio, a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s. His energy, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out. From taking the order to handing it over with a smile, he was fast, courteous, and made the entire interaction smooth and pleasant.
It’s clear that Emilio takes pride in his work and values great customer service. In a world where good service is sometimes hard to come by, Emilio reminded me that there are still people who go the extra mile to make your day better.

I was told they would help me in a few minutes. I waited about eight minutes in the drive-through and they helped two other cars from the other lane.
I asked them if they forgot about me and they said no they’ll help me when they have a minute
I just left. No way I’m waiting around.

Seems like the workers have been put through a lot because all the homelessness surrounding them, so they're good workers. There's lots of homelessness outside and inside the restaurant and they can be disturbing. Most of the time I order online and pick it up there, but sometimes workers are not at the counter so I can communicate them about my order.
