We love the drive-through. We just order a small meal and get a deal on the app which is like a little treat. It's our favorite quick snak almost every day of the week. Don't know how we could.get by a week without a chicken nugget happy meal.

He handed me the bag said bbq sauce and all- I drove away …. There was no bbq sauce in the bag & I paid .25 cents

Don’t go to this McDonalds. They have the worst service of any McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Whenever I order delivery it routes to this McDonalds and they don’t just mess up my order they outright scam me. Many times now they’ve not included items that I paid for and I had to contact customer service to try to get some form of refund. In my latest order I ordered a 14$ combo meal and they only provided the drink in the bag. When I called support they said they can only provide a refund for 60% of the cost so I was outright scammed for my money. The management of this location is horrible for this to keep happening for as long as I’ve lived where I have. I purposely drive to a much further McDonalds just because the service at this location is the worst and they also foster an unsafe environment in the drive thru. They allow many shady people to harass the people in the drive thru line while they take upwards of 30 minutes to complete an order. I’m done with this location.

If this one is my Elk Grove Bkvd McDonalds...they rock. Food never cold. Order done right(and im a picky premodonna some orders) and they ask you what sauces not you have to ask

This McDonald’s is a lot better than most McDonald’s, this one accepts EBT and because of that there’s a lot of tweakers who do really funny things and that’s great entertainment while you eat. The only downside I would say to this McDonald’s is that their service is not very good and sometimes some of the kiosks aren’t working so it’s best to use the mobile app if you can .
