I witnessed a tow truck driver come in to use the restroom and was told he has to buy something in order to use it, excuse me? He works on the road helping stranded people! The least you can do McDonald’s is make it easier for him to do his job, then him trying hunt down a restroom! What or who is he hurting??what is wrong with your employees? Ronald McDonald wouldn’t behave this way?? This is supposed to be family friendly environment not the corporate greed it apparently has become, I won’t come back, the food is not all that great anyway.

Entered restaurant approached counter said to employee standing behind the counter I'd like 2 Sausage McMuffin with egg please. At which point employee behind counter said to me, "If you want to order something, use the kiosk behind you." I said are you serious? Response, "Yes, your gonna have use the kiosk." Turned around walked out the front door. Steer clear of this McD's unless you liked being treated disrespectful by their employees.

I was out Doordashing & needed to use the restroom. The young lady at the counter was about to open the door when the manager overruled her and said only paying customers. I said even for dashers & he replied only if you're picking up an order. We're in a hurry when picking up orders & we should've able to use the restroom at places we service.

The supervisor on duty today, Ron, does not need to work in hospitality! I walked in the door & proceeded to the restroom before ordering. The restaurant had several customers and employees in the hall heading toward the bathroom & he came out from behind the counter to yell “the bathrooms are for paying customers only!” I waived my money in my hand & let him know that I am a paying customer, then proceeded to the restroom. There were employees in the restroom discussing how his moods are & how he doesn’t treat them properly! I have been in hospitality for over 20 years in all positions including upper management & have never experienced anything like that! McDonald’s is a family establishment & that supervisor does not belong in the industry!

Order a number 7 extra pickles and Xtra onion didn't receive it fries were cold. Also order a happy meal didn't come with all the food.call and said the were sorry and to come back in and they would fix it .this time food was cold and didn't get all the food.will never go there again.
