Roaches and bad staff. Been having problems here with staff not letting me use the restroom, even though I purchase items each time I'm there while my daughter goes to the college in the parking lot. I usually go through drive thru because they are faster. I walked in was going to order for my baby. The lady who usually ignores me kept ignoring me for almost 2 minutes. Roaches where on the floor and the counter. I stepped on the one on the floor asked to use the restroom and the lady rolled her eyes at me. I left and didn't purchase anything. Will never return 🤢🤮

As a mom of three, McDonald’s is a lifesaver. The kids are always happy with their Happy Meals, and I get a moment of peace while they enjoy their food. Fast service, clean tables, and smiles all around.

The worst one in the greater Sacramento area. I get it’s a little late. But god damn terrible service and forget most items, went back to no sorry or even a free sweet n sour. Trash. 2X trash

Don’t go here like at all. The staff is rude. No one speaks to you and I tried to go in and use the app for breakfast and the manager (big Mexican guy ) not helpful at all. No problem solving skills at all and not a throught behind the eyes. How is this place still open!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. Just don’t waste your time.

Do not use your mobile code on the kiosk as it will not work. If you make the staff aware they’ll only say they cant do anything. I was at a different McDonalds and the manager honored my code so for them to just say no and offer no solution or help was extremely disappointing.

“My experience at this branch was a complete fiasco. The staff’s indifference and ignoring attitude towards customers is unacceptable. No one helped me despite me waiting several times to place an order. This was completely unbecoming of McDonald’s quality and customer service. I recommend that the relevant authorities inspect this branch.”

Unfortunately this particular restaurant is conveniently located to my house! I come to this place often and the service is truly disappointing, every time I come here the Spanish speaking staff just chatter about something as if they are not at work but in the park, although the drive thru and there are a lot of orders in the hall, because of this they are always distracted and forget to put something in the order, but today they outdid themselves. I placed an order at the kiosk and paid for it at 7:32, I received it only at 7:58. They cooked it for almost half an hour! Today there was a new employee, a young white girl who said that she was only working her first day and she was really great and did her best, but her Spanish speaking manager did not provide her with any support at all, it was just awful to see how this young girl was torn between the cash register and giving out orders, she is great, but it is obvious that she simply lacked experience. As I said, I visit this restaurant often and I have seen that the new Spanish speaking employees are never left without support…

No line in drive thru and parking and yet had to wait 15 min for them to take my order and 15 more for them to make it
My latte came out looking like straight milk so I asked for a shot of coffee to add to it and the manager looked at me like I was crazy and did not want to help me after I had paid extra for an iced latte with my meal. I thought accommodating the customer is supposed to be a part of the experience I feel irritated and let down that my coworker had to buy another coffee because the manager would not help me it was more important for them to be on their phones than to help the customers.
