My latte came out looking like straight milk so I asked for a shot of coffee to add to it and the manager looked at me like I was crazy and did not want to help me after I had paid extra for an iced latte with my meal. I thought accommodating the customer is supposed to be a part of the experience I feel irritated and let down that my coworker had to buy another coffee because the manager would not help me it was more important for them to be on their phones than to help the customers.

Now I know why I don't eat fast food much nowadays. Expensive and less quality. I got a tiny hamburger. I think they shrunk the hamburgers! I ordered a large fry. They didn’t even fill the box like they should have. What a gip! At least the strawberry shake was delicious. Excellent customer service though. Long gone are the days where you could get a hamburger, fries and a Coke for less than a dollar. Remember those commercials?

I've got nothing good to say about this store they're terrible for customer service totally rude and terrible service homeless bums all around trying to steal my bycle even when I locked up I brought it inside and they refused me service
I got back into town needing something to eat cuz I had mad Munchies and there was McDonald's so they were just about to close they still let our group in and had her food and like nothing flat out to us

They were very unattended and when I asked for help, they screamed. Give me a minute. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes because they have you do everything on the kiosk. I needed to pay with cash and the line was wrapped around the building for the drive-through.

Went and ordered the meal got the drink and fries not the main meal ask for no cheese on burger proceeded to put cheese and they take forever with homeless people approaching your car in the drive thru .
