I have being coming to this place ever since it open in my neighbor hood. On 05 /29 Thursday 1.55pm order #3 . I ordered happy meal from app and $5 meal for my both kids . While ordering my kids try to switch to spicy sandwiches and female on other side told me .NEXT TIME YOU TELL HER FIRST,for SWITCH ORDERS. LETING HER KNOW THAT MY KIDS JUST CHANGED HIS MIND BUT SHE SAID ITS TO HARD TO SWITCH ORDERS .WHILE ASKING HER WHY SHE TALK SO DISRESPECTFUL. SHE SAID OH SHUT UP. MOVING FORWARD TALKING MANAGER MONICA ,SHE ALSO WAS NOT LISTENING. SHE SAID SORRY SHE CANT GIVE THE NAME OF PERSON WHO TOOK ORDER. AND MONICA SAID WHAT I WANT TO ME TO DO. LACK OF TRAINING MONICA. I wouldn't say the facility or staff itself are bad. It's in a convenient location and staff that came out with my order seemed nice BUT my mcflurry was already melting upon giving it to me. Food was cold. And I asked for extra salt on my fries but got salt packets instead. Very disappointed that I spent almost $15 for this.
I Really Appreciate This Particular Location. They Are Clean, Quick, Very Friendly And Precise!! I Usually Don’t Have Any Issues Here And The Timing And Food Is On Point. I Have To Shed Some Light On The Workers Here ; Customer Service Is Their Priority And It’s Nice To See! They Are Always smiling, And Super Friendly, While Hard Working! It’s Very Appreciated.

I order today at 16:30 a McCrispy medium medium no ketchup in the bag my McCrispy was not good it didn’t come fully prepared just buns and pickles they did horrible job preparing to not lettuce no ? Tomatoes ? Cheese nothing just plain MCcripsy
