The order took over 30 mins. for 2 fresh apple pies. The service was poor and the general manager Karla wasn't accommodating or professional but rude and dismissive instead. I do not suggest going to the McDonald's off Pocket .

New Year's Eve place to mobile orders when I send somebody to pick them up with the codes they were refused the orders they were not giving the orders they close the doors early and by the time the person got back to me on the bicycle, the whole restaurant close that night and a couple days After my purchase was pending, I was reassured that it would not go through because my food was not picked up. However, that was not the case I was charged for my food. I never got my food for my rewards points nor marvel order either one and I was still charged , the young man who answered the phone he said he was the manager said he cannot do nothing about it and I'm basically screwed and then hung up on me told me I need to call corporate right before that did not give me his name and would not give me a corporate number Then continue down about very rude and professional. This store is horrible. All I wanted was my food or my refund go there way too much for this crap and they're very disrespectful. It just McDonald's get over it. Do what you're there to do serve the customers also, the store is somewhat clean but the aura as you walk it is just disgusting it's not inviting out
Though the French Fries are loaded with bad stuff, that's not a potato, my kid is only allowed to have them once a month, fir future health reasons, we don't know about yet.

I've gotten used to ordering at the kiosk. I prefer it now. What's the point though when the payment system is down and you have to wait in line to pay. I might as well have ordered at the register. I had to ask for someone to come take my payment because there wasn't a cashier at the register.I know the new law is that customers are supposed to ask for napkins, etc. If they're delivering your food to your table, it doesn't seem like you should have to get up to ask for them. Who has a toddler that eats pancakes without needing a napkin?
