The lovely associate forgot to conveniently inform me “A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER” about their current “PANDEMIC RELATED SALES POLICY” which includes but is not limited to a one time purchase on a drink which currently means No free refills although there is a sign that clearly advertises “FREE SAME DAY DRINK REFILLS”
I wish if there is choice for no star review. It’s not just 1st time. Happened b4 too but always stayed quiet. Ordered big brkfst HtCk and large StraBan Smoothie paid for large but always in large cup they pour medium smoothie I wish if I could send pic with review

In this Corona season, I found that the girl who’s standing in the payment section wasn’t wearing mask or gloves. She’s handling so many peoples cards, who knows whether she doesn’t transmit the disease. We went on April 21st after 8pm.
