First of all they don’t even cook their food all the way. My burger was almost raw and I got sick from it after only eating one bite. Their service is slow and made me wait 1 hour for my food and even when I got my order, they got it wrong. I went to the drive through at 11:30 after making a mobile and the workers were sitting around talking and not helping anyone in the drive through. 2 other people were waiting along with me and they saw us and left before the closing time 12 am because they did not want to help anyone so they could leave early. Every time I go to this McDonald’s nothing is correct. It’s a joke to be honest.
I went to McDonald's for breakfast yesterday morning. I ordered mcgriddles with no egg. Who ever cooked the order was not paying attention because they put egg on every single sandwich. Also in addition to that, they left left the back bun off of one sandwich and then they made one mcgriddle with doubled pieces of buns.(probably the bun from the other sandwhich) It was definitely intentional. I feel like McDonald's hires anybody and they do not care about good service. This is terrible and I tried to call today and they have the phones design where you can't speak to anyone at the location. If I had the power to motivate people not buy food from McDonald's because they have gotten terrible I would. If the founder of McDonald's knew how his business is being managed and all these franchises he would not be happy! Praying for peace with this because it's so disrespectful when you get your food and see the disrespect in how they handled it. Praying for who ever was responsible for handling my food this way. Sharing a picture so you'll see they put egg when we asked for no egg.

Excellent customer service at this McDonald's on Elk Grove/ Florin! The attendant was patient and accommodating as my wife and kids placed their orders. When I realized an item was missing, I returned and showed my receipt - the attendant promptly retrieved the item without hesitation or questioning. Appreciated the friendly and efficient service.
