The general manager is to bad behave with dasher
The manager is rude and would not accept any app points even after we showed proof of our order and points that was took ,and this was not the first time she (manager) have done this to us so we will not be coming back

Every time I come here they get my order wrong
Staff is rude lobby is dirty and when u get an ice cream cone they give you a very small ice cream cone that is only in the hole of the cone its suppose to be around the edge of the cone and 3 decent swirls. It was literally and inch tall. That's ridiculous. my husbands mini mcflurry was only half full. This is not the first time this has happened either and I can see other complaints about it too. When I mentioned it to the manager she said I can make you a new one and it was still the same size so what was the point except she wasted an ice cream cone. Time to stop going there.

Title: Crystal’s Behavior is Completely Unacceptable – Needs Immediate Management Review

My experience with the manager Crystal at this McDonald’s has been shockingly bad, to the point where it raises serious concerns about how this store is being managed. Her behavior is consistently rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional toward customers.
This is not a one-time issue — multiple customers, including myself, have noticed the same pattern. Crystal speaks with an aggressive tone, shows attitude for no reason, and treats customers as if they are a burden. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for someone in a manager position.
Her actions do not just ruin the customer experience — they reflect very poorly on McDonald’s as a brand.
It feels like she has no training, no professionalism, and no interest in treating people with basic respect. I genuinely do not understand how someone with this behavior is allowed to manage a customer-facing location.
I strongly request that upper management review her conduct immediately, because it is driving customers away and damaging the reputation of this store.
Until this issue is addressed, I will not be returning — and based on what I’ve heard from other customers, many feel the same.
McDonald’s needs to take serious action here. This level of unprofessional behavior should not be ignored.

I had 6 dollar Mcdouble meal the manager the kids having good time not doing my order giving out the wrong order to other people seeing manager having good time im waiting 30 minutes for a mcdouble meal just for guy tell me to wait and girl laughing that gave my order to wrong person worst mcdonalds and funny part I met nice man talking how they were missing another person mcnuggets and he had fight with them just for that manager rude customer service is awful

waited 30 minutes directly at the counter with no service, no help, and no food. on top of that, they gave the wrong order. time to fire some people because service is horrible.

I waited almost 40 minutes for a dine-in meal that I never even got. I asked if the food was ever gonna show up, which they said yes, but after waiting for so long I just gave up & left. Almost 20 people came & went after I had ordered, too. Worse even, the self-service kiosk didn't even print a receipt for me so I was double-screwed, despite having connected thru the app.
