Came here for dinner at 10:30pm 1/25/24 and the 2 guys working both windows were higher than kites. They were really struggling having one customer in the drive through and 0 customers in the building.

They don't sub bacon for sausage. I don't eat sausage it gives me wicked heartburn bacon doesn't do that. To no longer sub and now charge people is bad business. I pay more cause you can't sub it in? It's this store cause other stores still sub bacon for sausage. It's dumb to charge cause you want a higher sale, how about no sale.

Order is always missing items. Check you order before u leave the parking lot! It’s always missing 1-2 items. Even door dashing from here too. Items always missing.

Drive thru order, the lady on the second window didn't gave us our sauces for the nuggets and we asked her and she was so snappy and rude and only handed us a thing of sauce. And our fries are soggy and the mcchicken buns is hard.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to McDonald's was marred by an overall unpleasant experience. Beyond the usual expectations of fast food, the atmosphere seemed lacking in terms of cleanliness and ambiance.As I grappled with personal challenges, including my recent divorce, I had hoped for a momentary escape in the form of a simple meal. However, the service was subpar, and the staff appeared disinterested and inattentive to customers.The food, typically a go-to for quick and familiar sustenance, failed to live up to even the most modest expectations. The lackluster quality of the meal added to the overall disappointment of an already difficult day.It's disheartening when even a familiar chain like McDonald's falls short in providing a comforting experience during challenging times. This visit left much to be desired, and I hope that the management takes note of the need for improvement in both service and ambiance.

This is their BIG mac. Cost $10 . Where's the meat? So fkn thin it's transparent. I'm never returning to McDonald's. Grew up with them over 30 yrs and I'm not gona be scam of the price I pay and only get half of the product what it used to be. Also, they short me 4 pieces of nuggets from a two 10 piece ( separate containers). Wanting $15 an hour, but don't even know how to count to 10, 2 times. I don't condone violence , but I sure understand why workers get their ass beat bc they messing with ppl's food.

this place is nice but since when did Mcdonald lose the dollar menu and meals cost over 5 bucks , there food is dry and bland save your money cook at home .

Drive thru order. Came home with 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and 1 McDouble missing from my order. The 3 men that were working in window two on 12/8/23 around 5:30pm kept talking to each other. I asked the employee handing over my food, are you sure my entire order is there, he said yes. Got home and notice my stuff were missing. Tried calling the restaurant- no response.
