Genuinely worst McDonald's in south sac. Anyways dining room supposed to close at midnight but they close randomly after 8 pm

They allow children to run a muck bumping into people throwing food and trash and screaming slurs and the younger Asian lady tried to not give me food after I went to counter and asked for a receipt she didn’t believe me and I was in full work uniform older Asian lady took money off someone’s table you should take a page out of the McDonald’s by C. K. McClatchy High School
Ban unaccompanied minors from entering from 1pm to 5 pm
If this was my business I would be extremely embarrassed and upset that my investment could be tarnished so easily because of a lack of leadership

This McDonald's has terrible and unacceptable service and needs serious attention. The employees are very rude, the managers are poorly trained, and the general manager needs a lot of training. They could face many lawsuits. Terrible.

Asked a simple question, looked at me and turned faces, this place is the worst mcdonald's. It's dirty and stinky and nasty. The workers are disrespectful. I will never come back to this dump. I saw roaches and flies. Garbage everywhere.

Who ever was a manager or working the morning shift this morning needs to be fired or written up. Whoever she is built like an ice cream cone and her staff were completely rude to like 5 customers in a span of 30 minutes. Yes drive thru times are important but do better with the customer service for lobby as well there’s no reason why people are having to wait more than 10 minutes to even place an order or for food and being told that if they don’t like it they can leave. I have never seen anything like that no matter how busy you get. They yelled at a elderly customer who asked if they were going to take his order after they had all lobby waiting to even place a order and all he wanted was a cup of coffee. Yes Kiosks are a thing but that doesn’t give anyone the right to yell at a customer especially the older ones who might not understand the Kiosks. Do better.
Terrible service, there was no one to help, the employees were very rude, they only worked at the window and I waited more than half an hour for breakfast
