$20 an hour salary and you have to wait over 20 minutes for food. 20 minutes for an large fry, large Dr. Pepper, and McFlurry. Makes no sense. No apology or nothing for the wait either. I'm done with all McDonald's. They're all lousy and provide incredibly bad service like this one.

Fries were terrible and cold. Half of the lettuce on the chicken sandwiches was brown and slimy. And the lady at the counter had a very hard time understanding that I only wanted my coffee filled 2/3 full.

We waited for our order for a very long time, brought the floor of the order. Having ordered breakfast, we didn't get any appliances, butter, jam, honey. They couldn't give us a task. It didn't turn out to be half of what we ordered. They didn't give us everything for the exchange, they didn't return the difference. The tables are dirty, the service is bad.

terrible service. i came here for breakfast, some kid at the drive-thru couldnt seem to figure out how to communicate in the normal human to human way, but i can look past that. he seemed very very rushed even though i was the only person in the drive-thru, and no one in store. i got half of my food, no packets that usually come with the food, and no utensils never coming back here, and hire “better” people please!!! even though its a mcdonalds

The employee straight yelled at us and then had the nerve to cut me off saying, “I asked you a question”. I started to go off but I didn’t, poor service overall. To also add, once I got my food chicken nuggets or fries weren’t even hot let alone warm, they were cold. They need to hire people who can handle customer service, if not don’t work one, that’s it.

This place is Dirty, you can see the garbage out trash. Table are all dirty everywhere. If wanna seat probably you need to clean first, the think is the employee just were doing nothing and not a lot customers to have excuse this mess .
