I have been to this McDonald’s for 6 years and this has to be the worst experience. The Big Mac was terrible, stale bun and had less sauce. Fries were very soggy and had a horrible taste. On top of that the service is terrible, the man at the front was unfriendly and forgot to give my iced coffee. The inside was dirty and the bathrooms looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for years. If it would rated it 0 stars I would.

Went in for a sweet tea and ice cream cone. Took about 20 minutes with 1 person ahead of me in the line to order. I don't do Kiosks. But they seemed to fill kiosk orders 1st and leave you hanging to take your order. Not even an I'll be with you in a few.
Passed by this McDonald's location on Mack Road yesterday morning Saturday June 7th with My Father. He and I did laundry early in the morning before going here to eat breakfast. The atmosphere was good. When I was ready to order the worker mentioned that they cannot accept receipts for Buy One Get One Any Sandwich offer because the receipt was at a different location. I was shocked, wasn't expecting that to happen. For breakfast, I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Meal with a Hash Brown and Large Hot Coffee with four creams and three Splenda's and two sausage burritos with hot picante sauce. My Father ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Meal with a Hash Brown and a Large Hot Coffee with four creams and three Splenda's as well. Overall, I would give this rating a 4.8 out of 5.
