This was my first time getting mc Donald’s and I was disappointed. I spent 40 dollars worth of food and there was hair on my fired and a hard peace of plastic on the burger. Would not recommend this place.

Ordered 3 Meals on the app and I arrived there within 3 minutes. When I parked in, it took some time for the food to get out like normal but the drinks were only partially full. The hopper kindly topped off the drinks when i had asked! Unfortunately they were flat and didnt have any ice. Some of the fries were charred but all of them were served cold. Looking across reviews, seems as though fries are a constant problem with this franchise.
I ordered 2 sauces per meal but each meal only has 1. The nuggets are overcooked (I actually like that but it wasn’t requested) not good if you don’t like it that way. Also definitely am missing a nugget. Definitely steering clear from this location.

Sorry to say, but this was a bad experience today. Don't get me wrong..... now we love us some Micky D's french fries 🍟 but this spot in Williams on 4th Street gave us horrible service. First of all, they messed up our order, gave us cold brown fries, and then forgot all our dippin sauces. For the price we pay these days, we could've gone to Red Robin or Chilli's🌶 for a gourmet burger for less. This won't stop us from going to other McDonald's, but we will definitely give this restaurant a survey!

Drive through customer service was great.They even recommended me how to get better.Deals on items that I wanted to get to make it as cheap as possible.They're new chicken.Big Mac's were really good, but the only downside.Was that happy meal that I ordered for my daughter did not come with a burger just fries and apples.

Food was delicious and hot I took it to my bf he is in ICU at methodist hosp he is very sick he loves the chicken nuggets
This McDonald's is always so hit and miss wether or not you get good service. Today was probably the worst service I've ever had. I was asked to wait a moment at the speaker which is totally fine but was then forgotten about while 3 more cars were helped before me. I finally realized I needed to ask if I would be helped which I then received service but got no apology. Now why the hell is the guy taking my order being rude to me and rushing through my order? I ordered two meals, simple, and you're being rude because you forgot about me? No apology? CRAZY. When I get to the window to get the food he's still extremely rude. So I'm paying 25 dollars now for two meals which is crazy AND I'm getting garbage service? Go here if you want to be treated like trash.

Always make drive thru orders park up front instead of wait at the window and take much longer than they normally would. It’s really annoying.

No. Really..... 12 kids in the driveway window and kitchen But There was NO WAY ONE would cross that line to Step-Up to a register and take a Flippen ORDER. We stood at the register they looked at us we looked at them they squirmed and shuffled until we turned around and WALKED OUT. never spoke one word between either of us.
Vegetarian options: We spent ZERO "0". DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S.
Dietary restrictions: They have numbers but what you get is not REAL FOOD
Parking: Might get approached by someone asking for a smoke or change.
