I ordered a fish sandwich and it was so sloppy and I returned it back and showed it to them. The fish was out of the bun, and the sandwich was on the side of the box instead in the middle of the box. It was just sloppy ?.
The workers were nice, but you could tell that they were having a hectic afternoon. It was so loud in there and they were all confused on who’s order was who’s. The woman taking my order was talking so fast she kept confusing her own self with what my order was, and you could hear the people in the back asking which orders to give out.. when I got to the last window, they still weren’t sure and said which bag is mine … Sometimes the slower you take things the less mistakes...
Idk if its a short staffing issue or what but it tale a while for you to get some help at the counter. I have no problem using the kiosk but I just wanted to get a drink and the cups are in the back. Employees avoid eye contact to avoid helping you.
