This restaurant is understaffed. The staff are doing the best they can. There are 4 or 5 staff serving at the customer counter, making food, taking orders at the drive through window etc, This compromises on the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and other details. You ever wonder why chick fil A is so successful? That's because they have sufficient staff and not being cheap on the ingredients. McDonald's is going downhill not because of the economic situation, but their cost cutting is so severe over the years. There are now much better fast food chain out there.

They tried to poison me. I'm lactose intolerant so ordered a Big Mac NO CHEESE. Got home and guess what? I paid $6 for a sandwich I had to feed to my dog. Never had this problem with McDonald's on Broadway.

For how much we paid through Doordash I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the food. Food was cold and my soda wasn't filled up all the way.

This McDonald's has been around for decades and I remember coming here when I was a kid. It's changed and upgraded over the years and serves exactly what you'd expect from them.
I don't often get fast food anymore but needed a quick breakfast so decided to grab a McMuffin meal. The drive through was quick and service was efficient and friendly. The sausage mcmuffin was decent but the hash brown wasn't great.
Like others, I don't really feel the value of the food anymore as it's become so expensive relative to a sit down place. I'm not a fan of downloading apps although I hear that's the only/best way to get a deal anymore. Overall I stopped by because of nostalgia and convenience. May do so again in the future but not planning any special trips.

I don't come here very often and when I do I only get ice cream. Their ice cream is good but it is pretty expensive. The workers are often cold and dismissive. It takes at least 5 minutes to get my food, even when I can see it is ready and sitting on their counter. As for their other food, the fries are very expensive so I never bother getting them. A lot of the time the food is cold and I would come way more often if they lowered their prices. That is mostly the reason I don't come very often.

I had a complaint regarding the price. The night Manager Saturday night came to the window with an attitude without even listening to me. He kept over-talking me and being very disrespectful. Slammed the window in my face and left my fries in the cold. There was no need for him to act in this manner. When I was just questioning a price. Hope nobody else is treating this way.
