I don't come here very often and when I do I only get ice cream. Their ice cream is good but it is pretty expensive. The workers are often cold and dismissive. It takes at least 5 minutes to get my food, even when I can see it is ready and sitting on their counter. As for their other food, the fries are very expensive so I never bother getting them. Walked in and lobby/building was hot. Had ordered TABLE service and had to pick it up at counter. Maybe someone needs to educate their employees; when you order table service, your order should be brought out to your table, the customer shouldn't have to pick it up. If we can't get proper table service, maybe it shouldn't be in the app!
When I got my order the burger was okay, but the fries were bland and tasteless. All in all, not a good experience.
