Always a good experience here. I have frequented this specific store for about 12 years. Sarah the night manager is great. She corrected a wrong order two days after it happened. Only issue is the homeless and mental health persons. This is not a McDonald's issue, more of a society issue, but they sure do love McDonald's!

I came to this location exactly at 6 AM when they open and I sat right there waiting to order for 10 minutes and nobody took my order. All they asked me if I was using my mobile app and that was it

Drive through is always quick and fine. I've lived down the street since 1996 and it's been fine through the decades. I went to eat inside while I waited for my car wash to be through and was very disappointed. It's a dehumanized kiosk driven affair. I sat down to have my food brought to me in a bag because they "were out of clean trays. I was the only person in there, so I have no clue why that was the case. Just depressing.

It's McDonald's but its gone up so much that I only coukd afford the mcchicken deluxe. And that brought me to the bottom of my purse. Holly smokes I tried to eat it slow but it got cold . Fast food is costing more then Dennys sit in dinning.
Got double charged on mobile order and was told to request a refund on the app by an employee. After weeks of back and forth of slow responses and asking for info they finally tell me the refund has to be done by the store. All for a mistake on their end and zero fault of my own.

Conveniently located in central East Sacramento with plenty of parking and seating and the cashier's were helpful and friendly, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and the prices are reasonable, you can't go wrong for a quick breakfast or lunch, 5 stars for a Gallant effort
