THEY CARE HERE!! Never in my life have I had a McDonald's do it right. It's rare when they mess up, food is hot and put together with care. The workers and managers are sweethearts. 20/10

It's a clean location and has good service overall for a fast food restaurant. But the quality of the food served throughout the company and its franchise has dropped rapidly over the years as prices have gone beyond what it's worth. It was a very rainy night..today on 1/13/24... I decided to go to McDonald's at 8 o'clock at night... My hamburger fell out of the bag and they made me another one.So kind and nice to me... What a wonderful crew they are. The whole crew including the young man who took my order.Thank you so much for such wonderful people. ....Working in a hospital for over 30 years. Customer service is everything to me.. And this group gave me ... wonderful customer service. Including the manager.Thank you so much .

Okay so I stopped here at this Mickey D's to have a little breakfast after my Doctor Visit. This is my first time at this location.I have to say that I was actually impressed at how clean the inside dining room was. I was immediately greeted at the register by a very nice young woman by the name of Vakayla. She took my order, processed my payment and thanked me with a genuine smile. I went to my table as they have the delivery system - they give you a number "stand" and you place it on your table. I wanted some salt and pepper so I went back to the counter only to find Vakayla placing my food on the tray and making her way to my table. She dropped it off, went back to the counter, grabbed my S & P and was at my table in a matter of seconds!I had my usual Mc D's breakfast of Sausage Egg McMuffins and a Diet Coke. Whilst I was enjoying my perfectly prepared and hot sandwiches, I noticed Vakayla out and about the dining room, wiping and cleaning. A customer walked in and she dashed to the counter to assist, then returned to her cleaning.As I was leaving She was again at the register assisting another customer. I thanked her again for great service. She smiled and said, "you're welcome, thank you." All in All a PERFECT Mickey D's Dining Experience. Thank You, Vakayla!

If you want to taste what McDonald's is supposed to taste like, this is the place. After having one of the juiciest McDonald's burgers ever, I asked for theanager to thank him and shake his hand. Thank you for providing an astounding McDonald's experience!
