The manager Wijia I believe that’s her name it’s rude with her employees she got mad at the young lady who was talking my order because according to her the client has to order from self help kiosk but I told her that there’s no option for a 1/4 pounder patties I had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to take my order

All of the food causes cancers it is actually a sign that is located by the drink machine so be careful with anything that is fried the only thing that I would trust is the salad and the ice cream

They were rude and aggressive the manager isabel she kicked us out, corporate doesn’t listen to complains of bad work ethics of their employees that is why there employees are rude to there customers.We didn’t say anything aggressive to her just complained how they do not actually clean and its not the customers fault the employees are not cleaning up water spills to avoid an injury or emptying the trash bins when they are full. She called the cops on us because I recorded while waiting to receive corporate information we gladly left and were not messy like other civilians we did not swear at their face but her to get mad for asking for corporate information or to let them know how the mess is. Is not okay. Isabel was the aggressive not us the customers.

The male server who gave me my order was kind but the manager Janet i believe she spoke Spanish was aggressive and rude,I work in customer service and I have code ethics and will not blow up at a customer like she did. We just got there at 5:55pm and they clean at 6:30 pm and 9:20 pm. I was packing my stuff to leave because the only reason I went there was to let my kids play and my mother came with me as soon as we sat down to eat they said we had 5 min. We called them out on how there trash cans are full everywhere and a wet floors everywhere you walk.And Janet got upset and was being aggressive with us and we got so upset that between my mother and I we were saying how awful and why are they looking at us like the gonna hurt us in between us we were saying things of how they are behaving. I told my mother to record and when she did Janet called the cops on my mom because she was recording while the gentleman gave us the corporate number and as soon as we got the corporate number we left and she followed us out the store. Her name may be spelled wrong but it something like that and we know she is a manager. But an employee should not be furious when a client as for corporate information. I understand fast food gets physically aggressive customers but the way she acted and treated us like we were gonna do something to her is wrong.
