Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s locations. The staff is rude as can be. They don’t pay attention to you when you order they forget items constantly and the food quality is horrible. Every time I’ve gotten food here they give me what seems like old food. Last time I went I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and the patty of the burgers were literally thinner than a French fry. They were super dry and stale and thin. The fries are always cold a the drinks are always bad. Do not recommend.

Every time I come here, I have an issue with my order. Is that enough to make me not want to ever eat here. Going through the drive through is havoc. I always have to get out of my vehicle.And take food back because of the wrong order

The Mexican manager on duty on 11/ 22/ 2025 at 12noon. Refused to give me my mobile order because I did not confirm I was at the store. I showed him my order number he kept saying you didn't confirm by the way I am a black woman. I was showing him the number and he still kept saying he couldn't find my order. I repeated the order number out loud then he turns to the other worker and says give her the order. He racially discriminated against me when they information was provided and he still would not give me my food that was paid for. Someone please tell me his name?

Horrible experience! The lady running the drive thru disnt properly shut all my contents so stuff was leaking out and she forgot my sauce with my chicken nuggets. That really disappointed me. I called and do they answer their phones? NOPE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CANT PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST HORRIBLE. DONT GO ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE GIRL WITH A NISE RING I BELIEVE DOESNT DO HER JOB RIGHT AND LOOKS REALLY UNHAPOY THERE. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS. when we ordered the lady couldn't even make out what was being said so she got the order wrong. Thank goodness I was keeping an eye on it. Just dont come here. It's a horrible experience. You dont get what you pay for. Laziness.

I was giving them 5 star in 2020, but now a days this place is very worst, specially their employee is very rude, when asking for a refill, they will ignore and have to tell them many times, when you ask for straw, they tell you to use your old straw, they think that serving the food for free,
