I will never eat at McDonald's again.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and paid online through the app. The payment was processed, and the money was taken from my bank account. But when I arrived to pick up my order, the staff told me it wasn't paid for and insisted I needed to pay again at the register.

I explained that I had already paid in the app and that the money was withdrawn from my account, but the manager didn’t want to get into the issue. She simply told me to cancel the order in the app and pay at the counter — all while she was busy handling other orders. The restaurant employee I spoke with clearly had no idea what to do in this situation.

In the end, I had to cancel the order and wait for a refund. However, the reward points I had redeemed for an extra sandwich were not returned to my account. So after wasting over 30 minutes, I left hungry and with my loyalty points gone for nothing.

To make it worse, the app doesn’t even have proper customer support in case something goes wrong with an order.

The overall quality of McDonald's has gone down significantly. Prices keep increasing for no clear reason — and it’s clearly not just inflation. This experience was the last straw. This was my final visit to any McDonald's restaurant.

This location particularly is nasty. There ice Carmel coffee is messy. Don’t taste the coffee shot for caffeine in my drink. To much Carmel. I honestly believe that they need to retrain their employees on how to make their Iced coffee drinks or just drinks in general because I was just so unsatisfied with their service like it’s not OK and I used to work in fast food and I just had a horrible experience will not be coming back for breakfast or even lunch. It’s just overall nasty. I don’t trust them anymore with my food be seeing a lot going on with McDonald’s recently. And this is not the first time they messed up my order they did this before and You guys really need to train your employees managers, please and thank you

I ordered two sweet tea with lemon and extra ice large fries no salt. When I finally got to the window I was handed two cups of brown water with something clear at the bottom of the cup. Then I get one salt 9 peppers. So I leave get about 4 miles away and had to returned back to the store to return the brown water back then we were told oh we are out of sweet tea... then why give me that shitwater and not say anything.

If I could put no stars I would, second window talks to customers like if they don’t payed to talk. Cant even say hi…, also does 2nd window gets the .25cents removed from their check when they throw too many??? Because they are so stingy about giving out sauce -100/10 experience
