If I can rate 0 star on this review , I would , my horrible experience in mc Donald’s drive thru ever. The order taker won’t speak clearly and on the rush. They gave me a wrong order, they asked me to wait in the front, when arrived at school and drink my caramel macchiato, it was horrible macchiato taste ever. Supper bitter. I wish they will improve their customer service and quality of drinks. And it’s a waste of time going back there and especially I already had a bad experience why would I go back.

Went through the drive through order my food she read it back to me went to the first window paid look at my receipt everything was on there went to the second window they handed me my food ask the guy if it was all there his response was yes get home 10mi and my son was waiting for his food at home and they for got his whole quarter pound meal so I called them to let them know gas and time is not cheap nether was the meal I talked to manager named Juan about the order he told me to bring the food back that's the only way they could make it right I told him gas is to expensive to go back to night I told him I can bring the receipts next time in the area he told me to bring the food back that's the only way long story short I got burned they charged my card and gave me part of my order this happened to me twice at this location stay away Juan said his boss BON told him to do it this way they probably plitting the money and the end of the day bad businessJuan and BON need to understand food and gas is not cheap anymore to be for getting half of people orders and getting away with it ?

They asked me to park in the front after 8 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line. So I waited for another 5 minutes and got my order wrong so I had to go to the drive thru line again and told them my order was wrong and not even an apology so their manager told the lady to "park the car again". I mean how more ridiculous can this be! There were 5 people just laughing and hanging around talking about their life. nothing wrong with that but please pay a little bit of attention to what the customer asked.
