Excellent falafel

Not that bad

The place is not as clean and good looking as it is in pictures.

So my brother and I were looking for truly good food (which seems to be super rare anymore. We were a little torn on this place based in some.of the reviews but decided to try it due to the close proximity of the house. Came in about a half hour to closing. The cook was so helpful and friendly. The resturant was clean. The food was amazing. Every bit of it. There's not one thing that I could pick apart and I cook quite a few Mediterranean meals. I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 we will be coming here for a long time to come...thank you for your awesome food!

It's really very tasty, I recommend pomegranate juice to everyone

I’m sorry to say my experience was not good and was really disturbing. I went because of the good reviews and the nice picture of the restaurant. What I experienced was very dirty finger smudges on the entry door, drink cabinet, and bakery windows. The food prep area was empty and had one small pole of meat. The wall with tables in the photo had been removed and opened up to the market. I skipped buying any food. The deserts looked nice so I purchased a pistachio baklava. I took a bite on the way home and it really tasted like dusty cardboard.

Kid-friendliness: No. Would not take my kids here nor will I go again.

The lamb tikka combo-- mouth watering goodness! The canned pineapple juice squeezed (not from concentrate) was so refreshing!

Shawarma is not good. There was a hair in my food. The samoon is ok. The old cook from a few years ago was the best. Where did he go?

Hello, but that doesn't "set the record straight." Unlikely does not mean impossible, there was a hair (a short, very curly, black hair) in my food, as simple as that, and your chef was not wearing a hair net during my visit, but since you so insist, the next time I am in the shop to pick up some bread, I will take a photo.
"If there was a genuine issue it should have been brought up at the register." Obviously, you have not heard of food take out, and I am not about to drive 45 minutes back to your restaurant for some mediocre shawarma that I wouldn't care to replace or ever eat again.
Lastly, baseless is nice way to brush off customers that have experienced a drop in food quality since the last owner. If you require evidence, you shall have it.

I have ordered from here many times and each time I tried something different. Absolutely none of the items ever disappointed. Good portion, fresh and healthy food. I treat myself with food from here whenever I’m feeling low and it always makes me happy!

I have ordered falafel and Chicken shawarma plate, Falafel tastes good but it was not cooked inside. Chicken has little rawness in it, but manageable. Rice was good.

Food tastes ok but please take care of cooking it well. Area is not really well cleaned especially at the food delivery section.
