Sat on the Patio as inside can be noisy. Friend ordered Hot Chocolate w/o whip cream....didn't happen. Ordered 1 Breakfast Item to be Split as portions are plentiful....extra plate was Cold! Mentioned to our server. Delicious and tasty both meals.

Atmosphere and menu are great. Breakfast burrito was very tasty and light, with very thin tortilla and flavorful fillings. My companions had salmon Benedict, club sandwich and shrimp salad and all were very happy. Staff was slow to take our order and get coffee refills, luckily we were enjoying our conversation but if we had less time it would have been frustrating. We were seated in the covered section semi-outdoors (big doors open) in the fall which was perfect except for a few pesky flies. Indoor area was too noisy for conversation with music. Food was a little bit on the high end, $28 for breakfast burrito and coffee (before tip), but the food was super so we'll be back.

My friend and I usually love coming to Meet and Eat for their amazing food and great service, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. We decided to try something new for the first time, expecting it to be just as good as our usual dishes. However, both meals came out cold and not up to the restaurant’s usual standards.
We let our waitress know, and she was very kind and understanding. She offered to help by checking with her manager to see if we could switch our entrees for something we were familiar with. Instead of the manager coming over, the bartender came to our table. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and told us we couldn’t switch out our meals for something else—even of equal or lesser value. She said if we wanted something different, we’d have to order and pay for both entrees, even though we barely touched the first ones.
That response was shocking and felt very unprofessional. It’s also confusing why the bartender, not the manager, handled the situation. We left feeling really disappointed and unheard. It’s unfortunate because we’ve always enjoyed this place, but after this experience, I’m rethinking whether I’ll return.

Stopped here after golf while visiting friends. I had the spicy shrimp noodle salad. It was very good. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Horrible and they don’t make it right. In fact, challenged me and pointed to some language on their menu that basically said, “we don’t care of you’re unhappy with the food here.” Then then accused ME of being the problem. I’ve never complained before.
While waiting, all of the staff were staring at me so I guess I was the talk of the place. Made me very uncomfortable. I have gone here for years. No longer.
Horrible treatment of a customer. Do not eat here unless you want to have crappy overpriced food and be treated poorly.
This was my first time at Meet and Eat. It had been recommended by family. I didn't realize that it was past Sacramento City College but the trip didn't take long. The service was good and relatively fast. The food was good. I had the the honey Saraicha chicken wings and it had a a Zing to it. Delicious! I will definitely go again and try something else. Also, we ate inside with the air conditioning, but the outside seemed pretty popular.

Okay this is one of thoes places you have to stick to what you know on the menu, usually I go for the seafood spaghetti 10/10 . Today I came in and they had some new items on the menu this salmon , broccolini & corn I’m not sure what was going on here the sauce was way too wet I think if it was thicker it would be ok. I’ll give it a 4/10 . Green tea shooter I had was great.
