I love coming to this Mendo location. I am always greeted with a smile, The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are nice. I like the new menu items and this visit I tried 3 of them per the recommendation of the GM. A kind young woman who I recognized from the Ice Blocks location downtown. As usual Iam a very satisfied customer and will be back.
We had a great lunch. My sister -in-law and nephew were in town and we took them here for lunch and it was great. My side of the family is vegan but they aren't and there were options on the menu for everyone.
I waited patiently for 30 min with a hangry 3 year old without being acknowledged for one salad and a side of potato salad… when the salad comes up I watched the girl at the counter weigh out my potato salad and scoop a tiny bit back out I tipped too smh 24 dollars and 30 min later to be be nickeled and dimed for not even a half bite of potato salad felt personal 😤
Then I get home and open the salad to find the avocado beautifully laid across the salad… only problem is it’s super rotten and they just sprinkled pepper on top to try and hide how brown it was. I after seeing that my gut just said don’t eat it so of course I couldn’t eat it or give it to my 3 year old so money wasted sadly …
Every time we’ve gone over the past year our online order has been delayed by over 25 minutes from the time it was estimated to be ready.
Pretty good salads, sandwiches, housemade drinks, and cookies! Nice Lil healthy bite!
Food is good but they need to fix their online ordering system. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:25. Get to the restaraunt and waited over 30 min before it was ready because they were busy. I dont mond waiting at home just give me a more accurate pick up time.
Corporate garbage
Had an amazing time with my family there, Jonathan was helping us and he was so patient and nice, honestly he made this restaurant experience soo good he deserves a raise for sure! Will be back specially for that customer service.
The (very non traditional) Banh mi is very good; I like the liberal jalapeños. They used to serve it on a French roll, but switched to toasted bread for some reason. The Israeli couscous side salad is also good. I always get these items and haven’t seen anything else that tempts me.
One of the best sandwiches ? I’ve tasted, especially the black tie turkey club, the best club sandwich I’ve ever had….their prosciutto chicken sandwich was so good ??? The service was top notch and the environment inside was very welcoming. I will definitely be eating here again very soon ??????

Lot of money to pay for a salad that's missing an ingredient. Especially the chicken!
I ordered sandwiches for myself and two of my coworkers and while they enjoyed their sandwich, my Pork Belly "Banh Mi" was a utter failure and their most expensive sandwich at $15. It comprised of very chewy chunks of over-marinated pork with big soft fat chunks (to be expected but with the pork belly seemingly steamed to be warmed up it was a chewy/flaccid mess) that had only one strong flavor of soy/teriyaki sauce. To make it worse the sandwich was drowned in a sriracha mayo so not even the bread could be tasted. I also paid $4 more for extra pork belly but there was only a (normal) thin layer of meat on the bun so it was clear that I didn't get any extra pork belly. Absolutely not worth it for the price. The service and facility was excellent.

I love the atmosphere here at Mendocino Farms. The staff is incredible and friendly! The food is delicious and if there's an ingredient you don't want on a sandwich or salad they're great at honoring your decision. I've ordered the Not So Fried Chicken with out the Mustard Pickle Slaw and it was delicious. The Chicken Pesto Caprese is one of my favorite sandwiches. The sides ar excellent! Kale and Apple Salad is filling and fresh and the Spiced Curry Couscous is a favorite of mine. The seasonal dishes are good and vary by season. In the summer a few favorite sides were the Southern Macaroni Salad and Oaxcan Potato Salad. Seating outings are indoor and outdoor and the service is excellent!

Encountered Mendocino Farms for the first time on a recent business trip where they catered in some food. I'm not really a sandwich guy but absolutely loved the country club sandwich I picked out.
So it was a very pleasant surprise to find there was a location near my mom's house and the sandwich was a delicious as the first time. We also tried the Asian Chicken salad which I'd say was decent, but nothing special.
The shopping plaza is popular and get a bit tight, but I haven't had any major issues. Staff was very friendly and professional, and the online ordering was easy and quick. Overall highly recommended.
