10/10 experience. The food tasted fresh and unique, as well perfectly portioned. The service, however, was the most exceptional part. Jonathan D. rang us up quickly and made a great impression. A lot of places in the area make us feel like burdens for being customers, but Jonathan made us feel welcome. As long as people like him are running the shop, I'll rec this place out to all my friends and anyone who asks!

Turkey sandwich lettuce was old bread overly toasted tomatoes old. Tortilla soup well not sure by the way it looked tasted ok but was it supposed to look like that ??? Well continue to go to R street location. One thing about this location the male who took my order had a nice smile and seems to be working hard!

Had the Thai Mango Salad...it was deeeelicious! Really large serving, nice crunch, noodles were tender, fresh crispy veggies and sweet mango slivers. All topped off with a nice tangy dressing, which i had on the side. The beverage dispenser was being serviced, so i couldnt get my ice water. One of the staff kindly went to the back and got a large cup of ice water for me. Only 4 stars for atmosphere cuz i had to clean off the table which had leftover crumbs on it from an earlier customer. There was only 1 server in front. Will definitely go back for this salad!

Ordered through the website because it was cheaper than ordering pickup through Uber Eats. Never been to this location prior and was amazed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Location was also very well kept and clean with nice side patio as well. The food was top notch especially for the price! Blown away by the options of food and drink especially for health conscious eaters. They were incredibly busy with take out orders but the staff remaining accommodating and great and gave me a free drink and cookie for having to wait longer. It was so worth the wait and Mendocino Farms is my new go to for fast casual dining!

I love coming to this Mendo location. I am always greeted with a smile, The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are nice. I like the new menu items and this visit I tried 3 of them per the recommendation of the GM. A kind young woman who I recognized from the Ice Blocks location downtown. As usual Iam a very satisfied customer and will be back.

We had a great lunch. My sister -in-law and nephew were in town and we took them here for lunch and it was great. My side of the family is vegan but they aren't and there were options on the menu for everyone.
I waited patiently for 30 min with a hangry 3 year old without being acknowledged for one salad and a side of potato salad… when the salad comes up I watched the girl at the counter weigh out my potato salad and scoop a tiny bit back out I tipped too smh 24 dollars and 30 min later to be be nickeled and dimed for not even a half bite of potato salad felt personal 😤
Then I get home and open the salad to find the avocado beautifully laid across the salad… only problem is it’s super rotten and they just sprinkled pepper on top to try and hide how brown it was. I after seeing that my gut just said don’t eat it so of course I couldn’t eat it or give it to my 3 year old so money wasted sadly …

Food is good but they need to fix their online ordering system. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:25. Get to the restaraunt and waited over 30 min before it was ready because they were busy. I dont mond waiting at home just give me a more accurate pick up time.
