We came first thing in the morning before the rush. The service was slow. Servers seem uninterested. The Mimosa took forever to come out. The food came to the table cold. This place use to be good, wouldn't recommend

It is disappointing how bad the cleaning of the place was; the restrooms were disgusting. I waited for 10 minutes after I arrived for them to ask me what I was going to drink. The food wasn't good. This place is falling short of what it once was. I used to like it, but not anymore.

It’s Valentines day so you’d think a business would plan accordingly. I placed a pick up order via door dash. My Boyfriend went to pick it up and ended up walking out after 1.5 hrs of waiting. He said no one was managing orders going out the door, people were seating themselves and getting irate with staff and everyone was waiting for pick up orders with high frustration. I finally received a verification that my order was complete and then found out my boyfriend was still there waiting for our order. He had been watching orders as they came out but was not seeing ours. I have no way to cancel my order or get a refund. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or why there was so much chaos and disorder. I tried to call but there is no answer. I may try again tomorrow to see if I can get a refund.

Atmosphere is pretty chill and low volume. Service from Corey was top tier and so was our food and drinks. The place is small with low lighting setting a warm tone. The ONLY thing I uncomfortably noticed is the smell of the building/bathrooms. I hate to mention it because everything else was 5 star.

The food presentation was impressive, and the customer service was outstanding, our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive. While I’d give high marks for the welcoming staff, I found the food to be a bit overrated.

Ugh, I must say I am highly disappointed in Mimosa House. I was so excited to enjoy their restaurant, and spend my birthday here. All the servers were rude, and didn’t acknowledge my partner and I’s presence for 20 minutes. Oh! Might I add, it wasn’t a full house, we arrived about two hours after opening. Horrible service, and I noted that within other reviews. The food was subpar, and clearly is not held to the standard they present on all their platforms. I will be making note to avoid this restaurant and notify friends/family to not believe the hype (if there was any in the first place). And please, if it’s your birthday or any other special day for you, this is not the place to celebrate, or to even unwind and enjoy.
