Disappointed - I have a standing date with my children for lunch/brunch/dinner 2 times per month and so far its been a miss not a hit - I'm still look for a GOOD PLACE, not GREAT BUT JUST good at this point,,, LOUD ( you cannot carrying on any type of conversation without almost yelling) AVERAGE SERVICE - I know it was crowded but our server took forever to return and ask if we needed anything additional FOOD WAS COLD - I had egg benedict and they were barely warm and the potatoes were greasy - the only positive were the drinks, the PROSECO was tasty but the juice was ok... AVERAGE AT BEST and I WOULD not return - sorry!

came here for brunch with a friend and we each got the mimosa sampler which is pretty cool because you can get three different flavors of mimosas for $15-$18 depending on the type of champagne or rosé that you get. We were seated on the back patio and had the whole space to ourselves until one more party came at the very end so it was a nice quiet experience and we were able to hear each other talking, which is really hard to do inside since it is really packed and noisy inside the restaurant. I ordered the hen-enedict, which was delicious despite being cold when I got it, but I still enjoyed it and would definitely come back again.

worst service ever and i’ve been coming years. it was busy but i watched the other tables get served so many times. we were left without drinks for multiple 30 mins at a time. food was cold. undercooked. unseasoned. and wrong. forgot what i needed. server failed to come to our table to ask for more. it was my birthday and they were just rude. i didn’t even expect anything but the service just was horrendous. overpriced. hollandaise sauce was sweet and gross. so disappointed and will absolutely never ever bring my business back. if you want somewhere worth your money i suggest early toast. good service. good food and well priced without the server having horrible attitude dropping stuff and forcing the bill without asking if we even wanted another drink for our party. you could have gotten over a 100$ tip from all of us if you even attempted to be decent. natalie do better.

Tried to make reservations for my birthday, person I spoke with had a very nasty attitude claim because it was a holiday and 45 minutes behind. Didn't want to take my reservation and rudely said call back tomorrow, I ask to speak to manager she claim she was the manager (not talking to me with an attitude) and still proceed to tell me to call the next day. Ummm where is your staff to help make reservations?

The menus were absolutely filthy and it should have been a sign to leave. The benedicts were soggy while being extremely greasy and holindase cause was tasteless. The crepe was completely artificial tasteing. What a waste of time and money.

Food was great service was excellent....its was just way too crowded ( to be expected if the food and service is good & it was) . Also it is BIG MAN CERTIFIED.... I was fat and happy. I will definitely be back I will just have to there early enough to start the coffee.

Terrible they wouldn't even pick up the phone to hear my complaints I got over cooked crab cake Benedict with no Hollandaise sauce super dry I'm in Sacramento having brain surgery this was my last meal before I went into surgery

I’ve been coming to this place for some years. I’ve always had great service especially from the host (white guy). I ordered the florentine Benedict today and it was terrible. The Canadian Bacon was not seasoned or done correctly. It had absolutely no flavor. Same goes for the English Muffin. The food came out fast but I think that was the main issue. They were out of French fries by 1200 and black coffee. It’s safe to the say it’s the kitchen that’s lacking. I do not recommend this place.

Were i to make the Boss Burrito, I would first cook the hash browns, browning and crisping them up nicely, then spread the cooked and chopped up filet mignon on top of that, followed by the cheese, flip it so the cheese has a chance to get a little bit of delicious caramelization, and spread the scrambled eggs on top of that. Wrap it up in a burrito, and it'd be an enjoyable bit of eating.
What I got was not that. The hash browns were a completely white and tasteless filler (I can only assume they microwaved them), the cheese a barely melted mass, and the beef absolutely was not the advertised cut (if youre going to sell something that full of connective tissue, at least cut it smaller, and against the grain). The eggs were alright, and the tortilla was, well, a big tortilla.
It was the third most depressing thing I've ever ordered from a restaurant. Dude who cooked it needs to eat their own cooking and do some thinking on how to make it enjoyable.
Service was solid, 10/10, did great.
Whoever bought the chairs was clearly thinking along the lines of not wanting people to stick around and talk; really uncomfortable, flat, hard wood.

Horrible service, too much to write it all out. I heard two complaints one was to the manager while we were seated and one other complaint while we walked in. Something definitely went wrong in the last year since we last came. Staff looks young too sooo…. I’m sure they feel overworked for doing their job.
