The food was great and came fast. The spicy edamame is fabulous. Definitely a yakitori expert in the kitchen too.
Can't recommend enough! Parking is a bit of hassle but the sushi is incredible!
Miso soup was the best. Bento box has several options...parking a tad scarce by the entrance but a parking lot around on the east side

Great food!
Parking: We parked in the bank parking lot next door after hours. If during bank hours you could get towed.

We came here on a Wednesday afternoon for my sisters birthday. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was really good and fresh. We ordered, hamachi collar, wagyu and otoro nigiri, lobster roll spicy, flame of love, & miso roll. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back.

Avoid the ramen at all costs. Had a piece of plastic in my ramen too!Pros:Service was good, servers were nice and pleasant.Restaurant had a really nice interior, great design.Music was upbeat and hip it was a nice vibe.Unagi Don was solid, although they couldn’t put the sauce on the side for some reason and just served it to us straight up without even asking us if that would be okay. Not sure why because it looked drizzled on the top, but at least it was easily scraped off.Neutral:Breaded Japanese chicken curry was very mediocre. Not the worst, not the best just in the middleBad:The “Tonkatsu Ramen” definitely tasted like a roast chicken Ramen packet with extra toppings in it. I’m almost positive it was in some regard. When restaurants don’t advertise that the ramen is cooked in pork bones for xx hours, you know it’s probably a bad sign. What’s worse is when I bit into my meat halfway through, a piece of plastic somehow was in the meat. I thought it was a shrimp shell but I didn’t order shrimp and it was unmistakably a piece of plastic. Not sure what piece of cooking would require a packet of plastic… but it was definitely there. To their credit they took off the ramen off the bill so they were nice about it. But even the taste just wasn’t right.Tip: they do have parking on the side of the building
Parking: Park not next to the liquor store but on the side of the building- which in itself was hard to find/park at.

My favorite sushi in Sacramento. Excellent quality and wonderfully kind staff. I would recommend sitting at the bar to chat with the chef! Also, their secret yakiudon sauce is to die for.
