The bouncers are asking for a tip before even allowing general admission guests to enter—this is before you’ve even paid for your entry into the club.

Good atmosphere, good location. Needs more seating for non-bottle service patrons. Was still a chill place though. #MiX #buzzybooth

I've only been here for private company parties. I don't know what this place is like during public hours

For my birthday I reserved a booth for 15 people. Our server was great! She was super helpful and friendly and supplied us with drinks and mixers all night. The booth was large enough and created the perfect ambiance for us to chill and have drinks and chat or take a break from hitting the dance floor. I have reserved booths here several times and would highly recommended it to anyone with a group. The price was reasonable and totally worth it. You definitely get your moneys worth.

Way to over priced...$18 dollars per Hennessey shot🤨, plus tips are expected otherwise they simply stop serving you. Not worth it

Great place to have a good time. Fire pit, smoking area, places to sit. I hope they add more free sitting areas and include DJs that play Electronic/EDM etc music. Too much R&B for a higher end place like this.
Would be cool if they threw parties for single only crowds.

Went here as part of a day I explored Sacramento. It was a Friday night. I think around 11/12?

Music: there was some music I enjoyed but the mixs were confusing to me and truthfully I didn't know a lot of the songs but a few solid classics played.

Crowd: Noticed the crowd was older for the most part. That is good because I didn't notice anyone getting sloppy drunk causing a scene even later.

Seating: I didn't ask but from what I could tell most the seating was for VIP with a few chairs in the outside area near a fire pit or you find somewhere to stand.
Id recommend bringing an extrovert friend that likes to dance because you can go to the dance floor or dance in your spot. I'm more introverted so on songs I didn't know I was sort of awkwardly looking around trying not to be on my phone. I personally felt weird about that.
Drinks: I don't drink alcohol but I asked the bartender whos name was Mark I think. Younger blonde guy. I asked him for recommendations and he made me a Faux-Jito that was great. Had 2 more I think. The other bartender, I can't remember a name or if I got one, also made me one as well but for some reason didn't taste as good.

Overall not a place for a solo person but if you're in a small/large group with some extroverts I can picture it being a great time. I'm giving it a 4 because the service for me was great. Otherwise it's a 3.

Side note: cover was $15, cashier girl was nice and another guy employee was nice too and made casual conversation while I was paying.
Bouncers weren't rude to me.

Went to Mix to receive an award. Loved the moody, dark vibe! Awesome DJ! Appreciated the sofas in the outdoor space. Enjoyed the short ribs tacos!

Vegetarian options: There were Mediterranean vegan options and vegan mushroom tacos.

My husband and I went to Mix on a Friday night. I had been there before during the day and was curious about the nightlife. My husband went to the bar and he was gone for awhile. During that time the owner and two “friends” came up to me and made me feel very uncomfortable, I barely had enough room to move. My husband came back with drinks and we immediately set them down and left.
