Came to try these special mochi donuts & some brown sugar boba tea. The tea was nice. The donuts were kinda too sweet. That's just my opinion. Couldn't eat more than a bite of each one to try. The order took forever. We had to order at a kiosk even though they had staff & a register. Feels very cold, especially when no one even greets you. They are just talking to each other behind the counter. We waited a long time to get tea and already made donuts from a case. I sincerely feel the girls were so busy chatting that they kinda forgot our order. We waited longer than people who came on after us, and it was definitely over 15 min before we got anything. We were about to ask about the order when they finally called us. The tea was good, but so are a lot of places with boba & it wasn't different, just pretty. The place itself is very pretty inside girly pink & worthy of "the gram" post, but the service wasn't worth it at all. The best part of this trip was the cup, which said have a magical day.Pretty place, but honestly, I wouldn't try again. The service needs improvement & training. I'm just being honest.

They may be open late, but shut off their mochi machine at 4pm. Which is 6 hours before they even close. Every time I try to order online to pick up befote 530 pm I am told when I arrive that they don't have anymore acter ive been chathrd already. Then they offer to make me a drink instead. Like, are you serious? Youre going to make me a drink instead of giving me my $28 worth of donuts? How does that even make up the difference? They don't bother turning off the option to order and charged online. I am still waiting for a refund. They keep telling me thay they will refund. That's $28 bucks before tax! Liars and cheats!

Ironic how the self-service kiosks will take your order and money regardless if they even have the inventory to fulfill your order. We ordered 2 dozen at the kiosks only to be told by the front 15 minutes AFTER we inquired when our order would be ready that they ran out of donuts and wouldn't not be making any more. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time just close up shop. No point in being open if you don't have inventory to sell. Literally.

Ordered one drink and waited 20 minutes for it. 3 customers were ahead of me then they all got their orders and left. I was alone in the store for a while. Went to talk to the lady and she said sorry she forgot about it. I learned that I shouldn't tip people anymore until after I get my service done.
I ordered from door dash, I'm hoping what I ordered thru door dash was accurate. I find that most reputable places skimp on ingredients when I do. So, this was my first time ordering thru door dash. The mochi doughnuts were nice and chewy as expected. I wasn't expecting a heavy glazed shell. I have had mochi doughnuts that were lightly glazed and not so sweet which is a preference. I also ordered a matcha drink with brown sugar and fried boba. Not sure what the difference is with regular steamed or fried ones. I also wanted it to be 50% sweetened. Well, it was soooo sweet, I'm not sure what 100% sweetness would be but it was sooo unbearable. Sorry, there is no way to drink that. The ingredients were Strauss milk and creamy. Yes it was creamy but the overwhelming brown sugar messed it up. I will have to say that the presentation of the doughnuts were so wonderful. The wafer butterflies were beautiful on the strawberry one. I think overall it was just a bit sweet for me.
No gluten free options, ingredients not posted anywhere but the staff informed me that everything includes wheat flour.
not much flavor options for expensive donuts
Love this place. Mochi donut are ready to go when open at 8AM. Got 2 dozen. Co workers can't believe how good they are. Love the Japanese store vide. No register. Order from the kiosks. Simple and easy. Then just wait for your name to be call. Super friendly workers.

12/14/2021Donut’s are Stale. The store is Cute. The employees were nice to me. I won’t be going back.
Everyone.. Do not put your phone number when you order it from self service booth. They collect your phone number info. I got so many phone scammers everyday after I ordered from this place. Never again
I was so excited to come and try out the place! This is my first and last time here, really bad customer service! The girl didn’t even greet us but give us attitude.
How can a facility with such jovial decor house mundane, rude , and belittling employees . Seems rather counter productive .
Donuts were delicious and the inside is super cute
