Parking: Narrow and not arranged the best. If you park right outside MOD Pizza, the cross traffic sucks so getting in and out is a hassle.

The service here is exceptionally friendly, and the pizza is served quickly and baked to perfection. The restaurant is spacious and spotless, including the clean and hygienic bathroom. The Sriracha ranch is a great addition to any pizza, and the Angry Orchard on tap complements the pizza perfectly. I highly recommend trying the unlimited toppings pizza, which allows for endless customization. This place is perfect for diners of all ages!

The worst mod pizza experience i ever had belongs to this store. The employee I encountered with to make my pizza is in crazy rash by asking too many questions in 2 second at the same exact time. And the temporary store manager was beside her when I told her to act calmly by giving me time to tell what I need. Rather she start covering up right away. As a result, I told the manager to give me the number of mod pizza higher personnel to explain my feeling. And she gave me the name and the number of the district manager. I called that number and I met the worst unprofessional person on the phone. The district manager don’t even want to hear my concern. I hanged up and decided not to go to that crapy store anymore!!

When we eat in restaurant, the food is more like a 4. The last two times we ordered for pick up the pizzas are not built the same as they would be in restaurant. The toppings are very sparse. I specifically asked for extra cheese and there was hardly any. It was dry. We picked up at the time the app stated they would be ready. Also, there is no way to provide feedback through their app. Which seems counterintuitive.
