Burgers are delicious and the prices are somewhat reasonable, but the garlic fries are literally just fries with minced garlic thrown on top for an extra 1.50 or so, and honestly I thought they were gross. Just get the regular fries.

I keep saying it’s our last time here this month just about every time I come in with my daughter but it is so delicious! Keeps us in there at least 3-4 times a month lol. The vegetarian burger is so delicious and being vegetarian good burgers are hard to come by lol-I pray for the expansion of business so well deserved thank you for being great!

Delicious fries! Great burgers! I don't eat red meat, but their turkey burgers are great and my family loves their regular burgers. I like to order a bacon cheese turkey burger with fries. They also have amazing chicken sandwiches!! I love their Cajun chicken breast burger! Yum!! Highly recommend Monsoon!!

First time here with my cousin and I love how they the patties are grilled over and like how they have condiments and veggie bar so you can build your own burger. The burger taste great!! Also the worker Chris was great and very friendly! Awesome service and food. My new favorite burger spot! Will definitely be back! & Oh they also serve alcohol! That's a plus!! :D

Wonderful spot! The food was impeccably prepared and served hot. Customer service was top-notch. The establishment was clean and boasted a pleasant atmosphere.
Man this place is amazing. Got there right when they opened and they were super friendly. Food came out cooked perfectly and quickly. GET THE GARLIC FRIES! They have a good beer selection and the condiments stand is an awesome way to make sure you have your burger the way you want it. The entire place and the bathrooms were very clean.

Natomas customer service is terrible. Ordered dinner for 3. We always pick up. Tonight we decided to have it delivered. Got the order payed extra for items that were not in the order. When I called and asked for the manager. Manager got on the phone as soon as I said I ordered and had a delivery by way of door dash he immediately had an attitude. When I explained that it was his kitchen that made the mistake not door dash he blew me off and said he couldn't help me I had to call door dash. There were items missing from the order that we paid for. He made no effort to fix his kitchen's mistake. He just told me to contact door dash for a refund. I never asked for a refund he insisted I get a refund. He just wanted me to go away. The boxes were incredibly greasy on the outside and the bottom of one bag was full of grease. We used to like this place. However with this lack of customer service we won't go back.

It's about 10 min from I-80 and it has a kids playground with picnic tables outside shared by other restaurants in the strip mall. The kids burger was fine and fries were pretty forgettable. They needed to be a bit more crispy. The hot dog was solid and came with those forgettable French fries. ($10) I opted for the black and blue salad which was mixed greens with bacon, blue cheese and a burger. No tomatoes, no accoutrements... not terrible by any means. ($12) I'm sure the fancy looking burgers are the way to go. - minus a million stars for using styrofoam for takeout. It's so easy and slightly more expensive to use more sustainable packaging, but makes a world of difference.
