Update the hours, I went there and the buffet was closed. Very disappointing.Javier

Well, the service was great and that's the only reason they got partial stars. We came for dinner before a show at the PAC and we were seated promptly, got out bottle of wine and we ordered an appetizer and that came out fine. But our dinner didn't, over an hour and finally the manager came over very apologetic. Somehow our order got lost and they were out of what we ordered so she couldn't even put a rush on it. She asked if we wanted anything else, but at this point we had to leave for our show or risk missing it. Our bottle of wine and appetizer were comped. So again, service was great, but I don't think I will return

Awesome customer service, from valet, manager Natalie, and server Patrick, I believe.. Food was good and service was excellent. Very close walk to the Performing arts center! We will be back!

I was really hoping for a better experience. We got seated promptly, and our server was very nice but service was very very slow. We had went for their dining experience which was two dinners, two desserts, and a bottle of wine for $60. Unfortunately, we did not know it was a set menu and you could not do any substitutions so we went ahead and ordered it. We received bread and butter at the beginning, and the bread was so hard it was like croutons lol The server went in the back to get some more, and he said that he tasted and felt all of the other ones and they were all that hard! The chicken which was the main course, was dry unfortunately. We did mention something to the server, and all he said was, I'm sorry. The one good thing was that we got free valet, parking.

We loved the Public Market Bar prior to seeing Six the Musical! The food was delicious and the restaurant in the Grand Sheraton was beautiful. I highly recommend the chips and French onion dip. My only complaint is that there are not enough gluten free options. The only clearly marked gluten free items were Appetizers and that is not enough.

Terrific experience from valet to show ("Six" at the theater down the street) then early dinner Experience for 2 at the PMB in the Sheraton Grand! All staff was courteous, personable, and helpful (especially making sure my wife who was in day 1 of wearing a boot recovering from ankle surgery). Food was excellent - far better than most hotel restaurants (and both the lemon mousse and lava cake were scrumptious!). Justin, the manager, came over to make sure we were taken care of - after he had read my questions here on OpenTable before our arrival. This is an example of perfect partnership between the Safe Credit Union Theater and PMB at the Sheraton Grand to offer a convenient and enjoyable combination of the 3 things you go downtown for: show and food, with parking all taken care of! Truly thankful for a great Date Day (since we saw a matinee lol).

They happily sat me at a table 45 minutes early. Chairs were padded and comfortable. Waitress and runners were super friendly and helpful. Got the 2 person dinner deal that came with valet parking, bottle of wine, entree each, bread and dessert each. All for $60. Amazing value and food was delicious! Only 3 minute walk from the theater. Will definitely come back.

Our server was absolutely phenomenal and served the full dining room by herself at 10pm and that deserves props! However, it was horrifically loud and there were way too many people in the dining room, like 6-8 people smashed into a 4 top because of an event at the hotel. So not the restaurants fault at all, but it did mean service was slower and it was hard to get drinks/refills. The food was fantastic and really big portions for the price! And our drinks were very good as well. Overall I enjoyed our visit, and will return, just on a day there's not a conference at the hotel haha

Our server did an outstanding job. She was attentive and very cordial. The only negative was the other couple who was with us had a very negative experience at the Valet. They drove up and were ignored. It was raining very hard and there was no response from the service. They drove off to find an alternative to their parking needs. We did share this with the roaming manager (asking how our dinner was) and he comped drinks for our friends. We understand that the Valet service is a third party, but it does reflect on the entire dining experience. The manager did express his apologies, which was appreciated. Both couples had the date night special and we enjoyed the food. We will be back, hoping for a better experience with the Valet service.

Service was meh. My food (steak frites) came out with the appetizer. About 30 minutes after ordering. My wife's food (fettuccine) came out another 15 minutes later. This place could probably be given a second chance. But that won't come from me. Downtown has too many other options, to risk money on a so-so meal. i don't see myself coming back anytime soon.

We were there for a Thanksgiving family gathering. We all opted for a traditional turkey dinner. The meal was very good but I thought fairly minimal when compared with other restaurants we've been to for Thanksgiving. It would have been nice if they had included dressing and or mashed potatoes to the meal. All in all we had a very enjoyable time with exceptional service.

The place is too big. There is not enough weight staff. It's too loud. There's too much going on and no one seems focused. Service was poor food was meh for such high prices. So needless to say, I will never go back there. There are way too many other places to eat, why go back to an eatery that was just mediocre ?

We did not know they featured a dinner special on Broadway Series Show nights at the SAFE Community Theater. Next time we will plan to order this it is a great deal for a Dinner for two.

I had a wonderful experience eating at the Public Market before a show. We had reservations and a table with our name was reserved with a window seat. All of the staff we interacted with was great and the food was delicious! I definitely plan on eating here again.

Went for the dinner for two special before our theater show. Excellent service and the food was delicious. The house wine was smooth and tasty as well. They made sure we had our bill and had enough time to make our show as well. Music was fun, too! Valet service was fast, too. This will be a regular spot to eat before our shows!
