The dough on the pizza we ordered was completely raw. When I called to tell them about the issues, they said “can you just call back in the morning, because we are closing.” What??…are you serious? Then asked us to drive back with the pizza for a refund. We got the refund but no offer to make it right otherwise…we will not be going back here, because this isn’t the first time they have screwed up our order. Too expensive and all I got was a hassle!

Mountain Mike's Pizza is our work-group go-to spot for lunch. We typically are a group of at least 12 people and always find the dining room clean and with plenty of seating to accommodate us all. The pizza and salad are always fresh and so yummy. There are a few in our group who are strictly veg-heads & MM happily obliges our request for a veggie pizza if there isn't already one on the buffet. Great restaurant with delicious food and comparable prices...we will for sure return!

We love Mountain Mike's! This is a great location! The staff is super friendly and the pizza's always good. They've also gone way out of their way for us. When we mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza through the app, 100% our mistake, they made us an entire new pizza for free, no questions asked. You don't really get that type of service anymore.

Teriyaki Chicken Express has been my go to Teriyaki place for a long time. The food is always amazing and the customer services terrific. My favorite plate is the Chicken Teriyaki combo because it's fantastic. Recently it has been remodel and it it look good. It looks more open and spacious.

Worse lunch buffet ever! When I arrived looked like the pizza had been sitting there for quite some time and only 4 slices available. After waiting for about 5 minutes they brought out 2 small pizzas for approximately 12 customers that are waiting. One was half pepperoni with way too much sauce and other half combo. The second pizza was a tomato, olive, and sausage pizza??? No one touched it! Waited for another pizza for 15 minutes none came. Asked if they were bringing out more the guy then said I can start one if you like. Everyone in there was on a timed lunch break and they brought out 2 pizzas the entire time I was there for 45 minutes. This is the second and last time this has happened at this location. Never will they get my business again!

COUPONS USELESS at this location even though they are listed on sheet. I received the attached coupon in the mail and was told that the Rancho Cordova store did not take coupons even though they were clearly listed on the sheet. I spent $61.97 plus a $5.00 drivers tip and they would not take a measly $5.00 off the two medium pizzas I ordered which were not very good and I would only give a 1 star rating because at least they came hot. That's an exorbitant amount for two medium pizzas and they should be ashamed of themselves. I'm hoping Corporate is aware of this shady maneuver. If it weren't so late in the evening and we weren't so hungry from working I wouldn't have ordered here and I NEVER will again!
