Enjoyed the pizza, the wings didn’t get crispy.

Apparently this place asks for a customer’s ID when you don’t recognize the phone number when they call. To me, that is very odd and an invasion of privacy that I do not like. Food is great otherwise.

This is the best pizza I ever had. We went there 2 days for dinner.

The good was very good. The buffet was pretty disappointing options wise. Many members of the staff would go to the back of the restaurant for long periods of time randomly leaving the cash register unattended. My coworker ordered Mountain Fries and had to ask for them multiple times only to get the wrong item in the end. By the time we received the fries anyway we had ate enough and had to get back to work.

To improve:
Maybe put 5 pizzas out for your buffet.

Consider putting fries out as a buffet option with toppings.

These two small improvements could go a long way as the food was very nice!

Literally sold me a pizza with a missing slice. Called and complaint but the employee wanted to argue. Horrible customer service

Yeah, not great service. Pizza was good, but not Mountain Mikes good, customer service not so much. None of the tables had napkins or peppers and cheese or utensils. We were done and went to the front to get a to-go-box, had to enter the kitchen to get the to go box, i tried to get their attention several times but they were on their cell phones with ear buds in. They were shocked when they saw me, cuz they couldn't hear me at the front counter. I told them no worries, go back to your phones, ill just grab these 2 boxes and they WERE GOOD WITH THAT! Anyways, Mountain Mikes is usually great, but this particular location not so.

After a long day of travel myself and sister decided on Pizza, my sister had salad, galic knots that was Not and wings. I had a small pizza and wings. Let me start by saying my sister said the salad was good, my pizza was decent. Lets get on to the wings, no matter how long you cook then they still seemed raw and mushy on the outside, we sent them back to cook for more time still mushy or squishy just entirely too soft. After one bite my mouth watered as if I wanted to throw up, we informed the staff member that we couldn't eat the wings he offered a to go container and when we reiterated that we can't eat them he said sorry and walked away and didn't offer any other options.

Food tastes better when the ambience is warming and I felt it here. One of the best veggie pizzas I have ever tasted.

My husband and I got food poisoning from here. We were both up all night puking and had diarrhea after eating here. Don’t ever go here !

In Sacramento on a business trip. Helpful, attentive staff. Had the lunch buffet, they brought out multiple types of pizzas to try after we requested a specific one. Would return!
