Tonight was an awful experience at our neighborhood Mountain Mikes. I called ahead and ordered my pizza, arrived before it was done. Paid and left with pizza. I got home my son came out to the car to help me with the pizza and we sat down to eat. We were both starving and rushed our first slice, the second slice we both said at the same time that the pizza was cold. There was even a piece of sausage on my second piece that was still cold. I called the restaurant and first spoke with the girl that I paid with. She argued with me as to why would I take home a cold pizza. I explained to her that I was in a hurry, it was a long day from work and I didn’t even remotely think that I would get a cold pizza. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and boy answered and said if you want a refund bring the pizza back. So we did, and I got my refund. There was no apology for the hang up, inconvenience or the argument from the worker. I explained to them that I would never go out of my way to be a problem and I still had one child at home who had not eaten. He just stared at me not saying a word. So ridiculous and disappointing.

An Uber Eat driver Went in to get an order. Like always walk up to the counter. And the lady said go to the back of the line. I'm not here to order anything. Do I have time? We just go get the order and go. Bad Policy At this location. Never had any problems with any other mountain mikes.

I stopped in and ordered a large pizza to go. I was told it would be about 25 minutes, and they'd let me know if it was any sooner. I sat down at a table to relax for a bit. There was only 1 other table of people in the entire place. After about 40 minutes I finally got up to ask about my order. It seems they had lost my ticket and just then started making it. I ended up waiting an hour for my pizza with only one other group there.I came here because I thought it would be faster than driving all the way over to Giovanni's pizza. Next time I'll make the drive.

First off, they make the best Robber's Roost out of every Mountain Mike's that I've ever been to! The buffet is always fresh and a great price. The staff is so kind and fast to be helpful and considerate. It's kind of dark inside but I liked it bc I just wanted to chill and eat. They have a lot of tvs around and some arcade games. Overall, come here & enjoy it. You won't regret it!

Very stingy with their portion sizes. Paid $13 for 6 potato wedges with cheese and bacon. Half pound of boneless wings seemed less than what the were. Overall not satisfied.
