They tried to explain to me how Mountain Mikes pizza system does not work for call in orders. And then asked me to wait an additional 20 minutes after I called 30 minutes before hand. The woman could not understand how inconvenient that was and would not let me pay AFTER the pizza was pace. More than likely because this is a scam to control their ingredient inventory.

Called on 3/30/25 to put in an order. The younger sounding girl that picked up had a nasty attitude and was extremely short. When I was reaching for my card to pay, she hung up on me. I heard the phone slam. I called back right away and she put me on hold for 15 min... I called at 2:30 pm. I only write this review so the manager is aware she's losing business. Order was for over $150
The service was terrible. Walked in and not one person said a word to me. I showed the staff my name, she grabbed my pizza and just set it on the counter and walked away without saying a word. I don’t expect for people to be jumping for joy, but basic customer service would be appreciated.

I regret wasting my time and money at this location. New management was by far the worst, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere that actually values cleanliness and customer service.

I had a horrible experience at Mountain Mike’s Pizza and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The customer service was awful—the staff seemed uninterested, and the manager was extremely unprofessional, speaking rudely to both customers and employees. It was clear there was no proper leadership or respect in the workplace.
On top of that, the hygiene standards were shocking. The place didn’t look clean, and I noticed they were reusing cooking sheets and other items instead of properly cleaning them. That’s completely unacceptable for a food establishment.
For the prices they charge, you’d expect decent service and cleanliness, but this location fails in both areas. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before eating.

Wow the new owner of the mountain mikes on Fulton has literally made this restaurant the best place to get pizza in town.not only is mannu one of the nicest human beings she also makes the best pizza and sides in town.definitely give them a shot i promise you won’t be disappointed.
