I placed an order and was told to come pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived after the given time, and only then did the employee realize my order had not even been put up or started.
The employee took my payment first without checking the status of the order. After I asked, she checked and admitted the pizza hadn’t been started and said it would be another 30 minutes or more before they could even begin making it.
When I questioned why I was told 30 minutes in the first place, the employee became rude, raised her voice, and blamed online orders instead of taking responsibility. That is not acceptable customer service.
I was also told it could take up to a week to receive a refund. This was a complete waste of time and showed poor communication and poor management.
I will not be returning.

Ordered from their website. Promised time was 50 minutes. After 75 minutes I called to ask where my order was. Told it would get here in 15 minutes. Called 45 minutes after that and it was explained to me that they call door dash to deliver their food instead of using their drivers. It's been over 2 hours and have to wait another 35 minutes because they said they were going to remake them. Poor decision to use an outside source for delivery that has a history of not being a reliable service. There was no offer of a refund or discount. They got their money and no service offered. Bad for business.

Food is always good at mountain mikes however this trip we decided to eat inside. I think the heater must be broke because its freezing 🥶 but the 3 stats was because of the customer service. We went for a lunch buffet and were the ONLY ones there. Requesting a certain type of pizza for the buffet is against company policy... annoying... but the team member that helped us definitely was annoyed at our mear presence. She didnt smile or say anything except the total. I even made a point to stop by the front on the way out to thank her. Not only didn't she respond she didnt even look up from.what she was doing. With the 10 pizza places within a 3 mile radius I'll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been ordering Here for quite some time it was an older guy that owned it. The pizza was immaculate tasted wonderful no defaults now that he sold it and it’s under new management. It’s like they throw the pizza together and it’s horrible. It’s greasy you asked for one thing and they put the opposite on there.

This place tanked. The cashier was rude hell. A business should treat the customers with at least an ounce of care. The food was burnt on top but the crust was under cooked, the wings were not Nashville Hot, they were plain. $61 for two small pizzas, bread and wings. This looks like it is served in the cafeteria at an elementary school. Horrible horrible experience. You can go there if you want, but I am NOT going back.
