Ordered the mountain half Hawaiian luau and half pikes. It was cooked to a hard cardboard crust. The toppings were short sauce was short. Won't be going back to waste 100 plus of bad food. I couldn't even get the kids to eat it. Keep in mind I've ordered this exact pizza at other locations and it was delicious. I don't think this location has it together.Kid-friendliness: Nothing other then a quarter machine

Horrible customer service. Janessa was incredibly unhelpful and “clueless “. Won’t be going to this location ever again. Tried to order takeout. Was told it was not possible to do so over the phone that I needed to do it on line. I can’t do that. I am disabled and this location is extremely difficult to get to the front door. High curbs, no ramp, dark parking lot, etc. Last time I was there it was a struggle to get in. The manager very kindly told me to call, prepay, and they would bring it out to my car. Janessa said they couldn’t and wouldn’t do that. I asked to speak to a manager just now and was told there was none there. Janessa said she was in charge and could not help me. Too bad. Like the pizza but staff are awful.

Horrible customer service. Mountain mikes is franchise and this specific location does not care about providing good customer service. They are extremely rude, I highly advise to order from any other location. Food is overpriced and in my opinion the pizza is poor quality in comparison to other locations.
