Picked up a create your own sandwich with Turkey, Salami, Pepper Jack Cheese, and the full works on a French roll! It was sooo good! The bread was nice and soft and the size was on point! I ordered it Togo and it came out fast! The staff is friendly! I had a great first experience there! The chocolate chip cookie was thin and crunchy, so good!

Great great great sandwich! Got the "listen Linda" 100% worth it. Was in town very briefly for work (about two hours) and some locals brought us here. Will be visiting again 100%

Just ordered the Summer Love Wrap tonight through Door Dash and there was no meat at all. Double checked to make sure I didn't order a veggie wrap and I definitely ordered the right wrap. The first ingredient in the description is turkey breast but there was none to be found. Just spent $17 on basically a puny veggie wrap. Were the few veggies that were in there good? Sure. Is that what I ordered? No. The other sandwich we ordered had a pathetic amount of meat as well. So disappointing because I usually like the quality I get from Mr Pickles. Not sure if it's just a bad night or if it's gone downhill, but I probably won't be back to find out. :(

They make the best tuna sandwich here that I've had in a while. I usually go to Panera Bread for a tuna sandwich but this place has them beat. I remember having food delivered to my job from this place years ago but just revisited them again and I was not disappointed. I only wish the location was closer to my home now, I was in Sacramento when I had this experience

I think this location is under new management because it has gone way downhill. The service was terrible. The worker talked to us in a condescending tone when we asked if we could get our "hot premium" sandwich hot (toasted). They said they couldn't do that. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have a toaster?! I also inquired about the rewards for their rewards program, and they said they can't find it even though it clearly shows in my account. The "hot" sandwiches we got were soft (we got dutch CRUNCH bread) and lukewarm at best. At least Subway knows how to treat their customers.

The sandwiches are good, however I placed a web order on Sept 15th through their app for delivery and once I received my order it was incorrect. I called the store to inform of my sandwich being the wrong sandwich and I was told by the manager Matthew that I would receive a refund. They remade my order correctly in which I paid again to have delivered and I have yet to receive my refund as promised. I have followed up with the store in which again I was informed the owner Priya would make sure I receive a refund and nothing... it's now been almost a month. Their website says to contact the store for the refund and if not resolved with the store then go through your bank. I was disappointed I had to contact Mr. Pickles 3x however I did receive my refund. Thanks!

I frequent quite a few mr pickles locations in the greater Sacramento area and I’m always pleased when I get helped by Tori. Out of all the locations, she’s my favorite mr pickles employee. When I see her I know I’m going to get a good sandwich with great service.

So, I've been craving sandwiches the last two weeks and have ordered gourmet sandwiches from other places, but they were just ok.I finally ordered from Mr. Pickle's and FINALLY found the perfect sandwich! I've ordered this sandwich four times this week and after trying it for the first time, I literally called them up and told them it was the BEST sandwich I've ever had and wanted them to know. The ingredients are fresh and that dutch crunch bread-- OMG, best I've ever had! I order the "Mr. Pickle" sandwich without bacon, onions and peperoncinos. Try it! It's so good!
