This coffee shop feels like a hug.The walls are thoughtfully curated, the art is local, and my kids-temp chai was perfect.
I stumbled in on my way to Poppy & Pot and had no idea this gem existed.
If you’re in the Curtis Park area and love supporting local coffee spots, add this one to your list. There’s plenty of free street parking, and the service was way above average!

Like going here when I go to light rail or to Saha Spa. Great service, coffee and tea.

Espresso was good.
Matcha was over sweetened. They didn't ask. I know Starbucks sweetens, but good shops don't assume you want a candy bar when you order a tea.
Scorpio, right up the street, does it right, and they're super busy all of the time. Shrug...

Surprised that a regular almondmilk latte costs almost $9? The average I’ve had around the area has been $6-$7 so that caught me off guard. Otherwise it’s a really cute spot with a small gated patio and bulletin boards featuring local events and services.

Cool place, however, studying at this coffee shop might not be easy if the baristas want to thud a subwoofer like we're in a 2pac fan's car.
Good snickerdoodle. Great macchiato. Friendly service. Aggressive guy came inside yelling, then asking customers for money multiple times and refusing to take no as an answer, yelling some more. Staff gave him a water then politely, but firmly, asked him to leave. I appreciate that. It felt like a safe place. Soundtrack is made up of the latest TikTok hit songs. Comfortable enough place to work or read.

Naked Lounge is a cozy little cafe with a welcoming vibe, perfect for a relaxing coffee break. The seating area is intimate, with the option to enjoy your drink outside. Their espresso solo didn’t disappoint—it even comes with a refreshing side of sparkling water. The restroom is available for customers, which is convenient. Overall, a great spot to unwind and enjoy coffee!

I'll never understand a coffee shop that *regularly* doesn't open on time. At least temple is close by.
I visited this coffee shop today around lunchtime, and it was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The place itself has a cute, cozy vibe, and the furniture gives it a lot of potential, but the service and coffee left a lot to be desired.
When I walked in, the girl at the register just looked so unhappy, almost like she didn’t want me there or didn’t want to be there herself. It made the whole interaction feel awkward. Then, the guy who made my coffee was overly chipper in a fake, robotic kind of way, and it just came across as completely ungenuine. When I went back to let him know the coffee was bad, he just gave me coffee from the same coffee pot. He didn’t even refill the coffee pot — just gave me a new cup.
The coffee itself was terrible. I’m someone who really loves coffee and has tried it at a lot of different places, but this tasted burnt, sour, and just weird. No amount of cream or sugar could fix it. I ended up going to a different coffee shop afterward because I thought maybe it was me, but the coffee there was way better.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back, but the shop itself has potential. If they can improve the quality of their coffee and address the service issues, it could be a decent spot. Maybe they should rethink who supplies their beans and put more emphasis on customer service.
Tl;dr - cute coffee shop, bad tasting coffee, and negative aura points for the who worked there today.

Ive been here a handful of times bc its a pretty closest coffee shop to my place and multiple times ive just been so disappointed in my drink. Ive had to ask for a remake a couple times, or id just go with a black coffee if its certain barista's, and even the coffee isnt that good. Anytime i go to a different coffee shop it just reminds me how bad this one is. Its kinda sad because they have the best patio, but thats all they got to offer. Even the vibes of the ppl just arent that great. Like if you are gonna be the grumpy barista, at least serve good coffee. The few good baristas that are there, i heard are either leaving or stopped working there :( Just go the extra half mile towards Camillia coffee
