The FAQ on the website did not set my expectations accurately for the experience I had. We were a party of 6 attending the Chinese Cuisine class and we expected to make every dish we were going to eat. Our class seemed too large for the kitchen to me. The broke us into 3 groups of 8-10. Our group had the cucumber salad making station. We took turns chopping veggies, tossed it and were asked to return to our seat. It took about 10 minutes. The other stations were making chicken chow mein. I was disappointed that we didn't make the main dish. I had friends that took the pizza making class and because everyone made their own pizza, they enjoyed it way more than I did. There was some miscommunication between the chefs and one of them came across very rude over mushroom allergies of a few guests. They also seemed pissed that there were so many water drinkers in the class (less alcohol sales) and hardly anyone paid for the to-go desserts. It really was an odd experience and I don't think I'll go back.

WARNING: I recently attempted to book reservations for a culinary class at this establishment and was met with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when I encountered difficulties with the booking process. They showed no patience or understanding and instead of trying to find a solution, they simply canceled all of my reservations without any warning or explanation. To make matters worse, when I called back to inquire about the sudden cancellation, I was hung up on multiple times by the same unprofessional staff member. This level of disrespect and lack of consideration for customers is completely unacceptable.I highly advise against booking any culinary classes at this establishment as their customer service is absolutely terrible. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look for other options elsewhere. Trust me, you will thank me later.

My son bought me a cooking class for Mother's Day, I was very excited to learn about a new culture and maybe some new techniques. The owners are very nice and entertaining, however, I came away disappointed. t They did not talk about the culture or cooking at all for the region. They demonstrated how to cook a specific meal and went over a few basic cooking terms, but that was it. Then you break up into groups and go re-create the meal in the kitchen .It might be something fun to do with friends for an evening, but if all the classes were like mine, don't expect to learn very much. One thing I did not like, when they were going over the menu, they talked about desserts, and asked everybody which dessert they wanted, that it was all part of the meal. They did not tell you till the very end that you had to pay for them extra! I felt almost Bamboozled. I would not have minded at all paying for them, but they should say that upfront when they're having you place your order.

We took the pizza/calzone/stromboli class with friends and had a great time. We're already looking for when we can return and take another class.

Napoli is the best place for a date night. You get to sip on wine (or your drink of choice) while learning how to make a dish. The chef was such a character when presenting which enhanced the experience. We attended the chicken Alfredo lasagna and cannoli class. We learned knife skills and how to fold the pasta. The students that are going through the academy watched and learned along with us. The chef started with the presentation and then we went into the kitchen with our team to create our own. The lasagna came out delicious!! We will definitely be making it at home like this from now on. Who knew it could be that easy?

I went here for a cooking class when COVID cases were high and there was a city wide mask mandate. The owner did not follow any protocols and was extremely condescending and rude when asking about masking. I felt uncomfortable as he was not following any precautions and he refused to provide a refund and then proceeded to make implied racist statements when discussing my concern about COVID before walking out.

1 st time going to a culinary class and my husband and I had amazing time!!! We went with our great friends who have been before and absolutely loved it ! We enjoyed the cooking techniques and meeting new people and just learning how to create a new dish . If you have not taken this , it’s a must attend !!!

Great place for cooking classes. We've been to about a dozen. Chef makes me laugh and the food is always good.

This was a fun experience for my husband's birthday & the food was absolutely delicious. We left satisfied & had a good time! I do want to make sure a few things are clear though for people looking into this:1) You'll learn some good tips but don't actually prepare the ingredients yourself. There's a demonstration for each dish & you get fed the ones they make. Then at the end you chose one to make and they give you all the ingredients to put it together. We did the ninja turtles/Italian food class and the dough and all ingredients were pre-prepared for us just to put together one option (either a pizza, calzone or stromboli) which you do get to take home and are pretty good in size.2) Use the discount codes!! Whenever I have looked there is always a groupon for a fifth of the price on their website, at the time we went there was also a code on the home page. Make sure to use it! I sure hope no one has paid the full advertised price since it seems they always offer the discounts. They really should just offer that price to begin with.3) Bring your own apron. They let you know ahead of the class but FYI they charge $5 to use one of their plain white ones.In all, a fun experience and well worth the "discounted" price that we paid. We also ended up purchasing drinks (they serve alcoholic & non) and they advertise dessert which is also additional cost (but so delicious). Plus there's a small gift shop.

I have been here twice for pizza classes. I 1000% recommend! It's so much fun, you get to sample different pizzas made right in front of you and you get to make your own pizza! Plus I can't forget their amazing desserts!

I so badly want to give this four or five stars but tonight I just can't. I went tonight as a group of five. Two of us have been here before, several years ago. We had a wonderful experience back then. For tonight we were told class starts at 5:30 so people started showing up about 5:10, 5:15. They didn't get started until just after 6:00! There are three courses. They make every single course in full before you ever even get in the kitchen. In fact, they bring up one of the students to do the cooking in front of the whole class on a portable burner while the chef talks. I think we were sitting for at least 15 minutes while they cooked the onions until they were translucent. Something that would be done on an ordinary stove in 2 to 3 minutes. I do understand that it doesn't cook as swiftly but there isn't any reason to cook an entire dish and then another entire dish and then another entire dish before even getting in the kitchen. It is boring to watch for over 2 hours. An overview would have been just fine by the chef. Second problem, the sound system has to be from the 1970s. It was almost impossible to hear the chef and we asked three times for him to speak louder. We finally gave up. Having arrived at 5:15, it was now just past 7:30 and we still had not even been into the kitchen. Our group of five ended up leaving and going out to dinner because we were starving! It is way too long to sit there for over 2 hours watching a student saute some chicken or some onions, etc. We recall last time getting an overview of the dishes and heading into the kitchen fairly swiftly. I can't even imagine what time the class ended up eating tonight but when we left at 7:35, again, they hadn't even headed to the kitchen yet. The chef is very nice as are the workers there. There is decent camaraderie among the guests but we could tell from looking around the room that there were others feeling exactly as we did. I thought I would be home by 8:30 as I have an early day tomorrow and I'm quite sure if we'd stayed I wouldn't have been home before 9:30 or 10. It's a great concept but there definitely needs to be some tweaks. Starting on time would be the first one. Doing an overview of each dish rather than cooking each dish in full would be second. And I would never even consider returning unless that sound system was replaced and you could actually hear the chef speaking. I hope they take a look at this from the customer perspective.

I went for the Taste of New Orleans class and it was so much fun. It’s an easy class and you don’t need much experience cooking. You do learn some good tips and learn a new dish but the main point is to have a good time. There is a lot of laughter and warmth. I’m a shy person but it was easy to spark up a conversation with the people around you. The bar has some really tasty drinks and I noticed several people commenting on how good their drinks were. I got the Italian mimosa and I really liked it. The food was good and it was so much fun when we went into the kitchen and made our dishes. It was such a nice night and I can’t wait to go again. Oh, also the desserts are very impressive.
