Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies

I ordered on their website and they sent through Door Dash. My onion rings was missing. Door Dash said Nations have to give my refund and Nations said Door Dash. I had both on phone and they are blaming each other. I called Nations and was on hold a long time then a guy gets on phone and tells me manager left and he knew I was on the phone holding. Rude Rude Rude. So Nations just got extra money for item I NEVER received. I have shopped at that location so many times and to be treated like this. Stealing money.

I called for a refund on an order I had made and didn’t pick up. Talked to a lady she said I can go in and get the refund so I go for them to tell me they can’t…
While I’m in there one customer is complaining they didn’t get their order correct and a different customer is asking where’s her order that she had been waiting for for 30mins come to find out food was never made so she wanted a refund

Besides the clerk who i ordered with, i have nothing good to say about this place. The image attached has my receipt. Price was outrageous.

Items sold separate without combos, quality was that of cheap canned food, fries ok, cheesecakes were 1/3 of flavor you would get from a Safeway, burgers are decent at best but 4 times the price they should be.

First time and last time. The very nice employee agreed the prices were outrageous, quality is bad, and has informed owner but they did not care.

I hope they make changes as this is a ripoff.

This is just great diner food imo. The breakfast burrito is my favorite Sacramento area one for basic and big. They have the little taco sauce packs from jr high days too.
Burgers are solid and fries are that middle of road cut, crispy on the outside and not overcooked.

Placed and order online 30 minutes early to make sure I could just stop in and grab it and go.
Get there to pick it up and they say it's not received, yet they know the details of the order.
Sat for 10 minutes and finally someone starts on the order. It was a hotdog and milkshake.. lock in.

Waited 15 minutes in line to get pies only to have I assume manager/shift manager constantly pulling the person off the only open register to go make shakes... we'll a line out the door was waiting...

Expensive. Not worth the money. Fries not sold with burgers. $12 burger, fries cost extra(and they are small portions at best). Food quality was gross. Bathrooms were disgusting! I do not recommend it unless you want to waste money.

Super disappointing food. The burgers are bigger than your usual burger, but it doesn’t taste any better than an in n out burger, also, you would think they’d take a page from in n out and wrap the burger considering how giant it is, I had to wrap my hand under just so it didn’t fall apart. I got the chocolate cream pie and it didn’t taste like chocolate at all, tasted like store bought pie crust and whip cream. Blueberry shake was ok, nothing special. Super mid place with super overpriced food, save some money and go get in n out
