Nekter Juice Bar

I don’t usually come to this location and I decided to mobile order. This location is about 5 minutes from my house. I ordered online and then immediately got into my car to go pick it up. I was helped promptly and didn’t really have much of an interaction with the staff. I drove the 5 minutes home and was so excited to eat my açaí banana berry bowl. I was soooo disappointed on how watery the blended part of the bowl was. It was so watery and blended even beyond smoothie consistency. It was really challenging to eat and enjoy. Everytime I order this bowl at other locations it’s thickly blended like a bowl should be.
I am not sure who is at fault…if it was the team member, the mobile order aspect, or this location in general. With another locations near by I’m not sure I’ll go to this one again.

Unnecessarily rude employees who don’t take the time to listen to my questions regarding whether the smoothie was prepared correctly since I have a gluten allergy and had requested granola on the side on the app. Since the initial employee barely listened to my question regarding this and answered a completely different question than what I had asked I did not feel comfortable with what was prepared. In addition they said they made a mistake in adding granola despite the side request because they had not read the ticket and despite this they still gave me an order that was incorrect. Instead of understanding my concerns, both employees were rude and passive aggressive. This Nektar location should consider hiring individuals that have the ability to communicate which seems like a bare minimum requirement most employees should have. This younger generation can’t seem to be bothered with simple, reasonable questions and are rushed to end the conversation despite having only one customer (myself ) present. Would recommend you take your services elsewhere and not support this location.

Great place to get refreshing, healthy drinks and bowls. The staff is very friendly, so helpful, and goes out of their way to provide wonderful service! Get their app and receive impressive special offers. I did a BOGO free today!

I experienced the teaser I was sent as disappointing, misleading, and labor intensive. The folks at the store said it would load to my app (yes you must install the app to presumably get the teaser promo). It is now a few weeks later and the freebie still has not shown up in my account.

A bit of a bait and switch—it loaded later but as “expired”. Won’t be going back!

Every time I order the protein power But sometimes they don't add protein and it's very liquid and tasteless. When they do add it, it's thick and has a better flavor.

Good product, food items and service. Friendly personable staff.

Drinks are great. Service is lacking. One guy was taking the order another in the back, prepping, making drinks, etc. It is a small space. The people running this place need a crash course in fast food and running a restaurant/customer service. Either the man who took my order or the man who made my drink decided to not fill my cup and give part of my drink to someone else. He handed her a cup with my drink partially in it and then handed me mine not filled. He gave her my drink!! I have never experienced this. It was the golden latte. This all happened after the employees made the person’s drink who ordered after us before ours as well. Might be subconscious racism, entitlement, I don’t know, but it was rude and made for an unpleasant experience.

I absolutely love Nekter Juice Bar, and the Mango bowl is everything! They do a great job at delivering consistent quality between the two locations I frequent most often, Crocker and Elk Grove. Whether it’s extra granola on the side or fresh berries on top of my bowl, my order is always exactly as I request it and prepared both well and fast. Thanks Nekter!

DON'T TIP THE EMPLOYEES HERE. They are lazy and they lie. So the lying sack employee with pink hair charged me for a large drink but gave me a small size. I watched him make my drink in the blender then poor it in the large cup. However he did not make enough to fill the large and instead of making more, he poured my drink from the large cup to the small one. When I asked him about it, he lied and said he charged me for a small. I checked my account, and no, he charged me for a large plus I left a 20% tip.

Ordered a bowl. Wait was long and decided during that time I wanted to eat somewhere else. I ask for a refund, the cashier calls over her manager to do it. He refunds me but purposely left out my change. I asked for receipt and he hesitated. Don’t understand why he would keep my 95 cents but it seemed like he didn’t want to do the refund at all. Won’t be coming back here due to his actions. If I don’t want the food that hasn’t even been made yet I don’t understand the issue and why I didn’t receive my full refund.

The peanut butter bowl I ordered was nice, but the service was quite bad. I ordered online and came to pick it up when it shows online that it should be ready. I told the young man cashier I’m here to pick up and he just said ok and ignored me. I waited another 20 min until the young woman finally took my order that’s been ready at the front refrigerator the whole time… Then the older man said I gotta give them the confirmation number as if it was my fault.
