We came towards the end of the day and the food and service was still awesome! Ordered dim sum, beef chow fun, salt and pepper chicken, and custard pineapple buns
SO YUMMY!!!!
My new favorite Chinese restaurant! The best Chinese I can remember! And you always get enough for two or three meals...
Place looked up to par and the food was on point
This is the first time I have had my dim sum breakfast at the New Happy Garden in a few years. The service has significantly improved from a couple of years ago. They have very fast service and many dim sum carts to move the fresh dim sum around in front of all the tables. Most of the workers here can speak English. All four of us fixed our dim sum addiction in half an hour. The qualities of the dim sum are okay, but nothing is stand out. The dining room is a little dated. But I think I’ll be back due to their speedy service.
High prices the service was not that good rude waiter not very clean restaurant
You're not going to find better Chinese food anywhere. ANYWHERE. Especially fantastic is the fried rice and the walnut shrimp. Holy perfection, Batman. We splurged and got appetizers, mains and dim sum.

The Dim Sum and Chinese dishes are alright but their main business is the banquet parties so their customer service in not that great when just you and your friend come to dine-in to just order a couple dishes. Can't beat SF Dim Sum services. Also, the owners are kind of rude by telling me and my guests that we always waste their veggies, but hey, we paid for it so you shouldn't complain.

Great food! First time here and was very impressed. Didn't realize it was a dimsum dining, but pleasantly surprised. We ordered shumi (spelling??) and the lunch specials. Food was fresh to order and absolutely delicious. Restaurant was clean, service was great. Definitely will go back

It's pleasant to go some place where they know who you are and know what we like. The food is almost on the table when we sit down. Love the sisters who run the place.
