Nice tasting sushi and door dashed too. It was fresh with the warm rolls warm and the cold rolls cold. It took me a couple days to finish the rolls are huge. I will definitely be ordering again. Fast service through DoorDash too!

What a horrible all around dining experience! A group of 10 of us went for lunch. I ordered the 3 item lunch box and hot tea. I didn't eat 2 of the 3 items. The seasteak was not sushi grade and looked old. The bbq albacore was meh, way too heavily sauced and the tempura wasn't cooked. A short while later, we hear the owner yelling at our server. It was highly unprofessional the way he talked to her, let alone in front of customers. She walked out, I'm assuming she quit (atta girl, that guy is a tool!). It was so uncomfortable. Not only that, he continued to talk bad at our table afterwards. I will never eat here again. The food was terrible and the owner treats his staff poorly. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Id love to give a better review as I do truly love frequenting this spot, but I came in at lunchtime, stood in the lobby waiting to be greeted/seated and after being absolutely IGNORED for ten minutes, I left and ordered wedashii.If there is some explanation for this is was not aware of, I'll gladly remove this listing, as again, Ninja sushi is a favorite of mine.

The first time I came here was last week for a togo order since I go to school next door. I ordered the sesame chicken plate and it was delicious! The portions were small, but it was good. I gave them another try today for a Togo order again. And this was my sesame chicken. The sauce was soooo salty. It just tasted like soy sauce? It was not like this the first time I came. It is dark and salty. I'm willing to give them another try, and hope it isn't like this again the next time I come.

Tried this place for the first time and had a horrible experience. Let's just start off by saying the service was HORRIBLE. The server was a girl with glasses, did not know one thing about customer service and clearly this was her first serving job. We had no silverware, no napkins, she brought us soup with no spoons. Ordered an appetizer and had no sauce to dip it in. Missing everything on the table, it's a sushi restaurant you think they would give you soy sauce, wasabi, ginger. Got none of that. The sushi tasted absolutely horrible it was minced up fish with nothing else inside. Never have seen anything like that. The rice to topping ratio for sushi was completely off. Little toppings and thick coating of rice. Had to throw up after eating. Will not be return definitely beware of this place

I went there tonight the service was bad only one waitress. It took her almost 20 minutes to get me a fork after I asked her after I got my foo, can I get a fork. I ended up eating my roll with my fingers.The sushi roll had a foul odor to it. It was the rice it was probably old.The place wasn't clean at all There were napkins under some of the tables and chopsticks.I noticed people's food sitting out and not being served.They need to hire more servers.It took us almost 20 minutes to get a check. We could have literally walked out without paying but we didn't do that. We waited and we asked a few times and got the check. The people behind us were commenting on how long It took to get the check.

I've made 57 Yelp reviews and well over 50 of them have been 4-5 stars. If a place is bad I will usually just not review it. This is a special case. I called 3x to place a togo order. I got no answer. I knew they we're open however because I drive by here on my way home literally every day and have even gone several times over the years. Yelp reports a closing time of 9:30. Their website says 9pm. I got there at 8:34 and they we're open but refused to serve me. I asked if they could at least make me a togo order. They said no. He claimed that they we're "changing owners" as if that was a good reason to not serve me 26 minutes before closing. Hope they get things worked out because they are the only Sushi place in this area that I know of.

I really wanted to like this place. Having 5 different rolls, I was expecting to have a wow of different flavors and textures. Wow, was I wrong. Me and friend was looking at each other and wondering if we got the same 4 rolls? Because they all tasted the same with no distinctive taste at all. I'm really disappointed, especially with the price. The only reason for 3 star was for the awesome BBQ albacore and miso soup.
