The cheap to go boxes will stain your clothes if they rub against them.
I stopped by NB this morning on my to work to get a ‘quick’ breakfast. I ordered hot chai latte and a bagel with shmear. The guy who was preparing drinks was super inefficient and careless.. he kept us waiting about 10 mins .. he left us and jumped to the coffee station to unnecessarily add more coffee beans to the already filled dispensers ! Got back to his spot not knowing what to do .. then he handed me ‘cool’ chai latte. He didn’t care about my complaint. Thanks to the other assistant who fixed my drink.

Stopped coming here a while back because staff was rude to other guests. Corporate just copy-n-pasted a reply that they only took feedback via their web form, but not via online reviews or phone calls. Food was better than Sara Lee Bagels. The atmosphere was typical of a strip mall.

Reposting my review because stupid corporate doesn't understand. Do not tell me to go post it privately to your website contact form to avoid the public from knowing this store is problematic. Corporate: do not reply. Copy and paste this to whoever you need it to go to. I don't want free bagel coupons or anything.

Stopped in for a dozen bagels and a egg sandwich. The staff was making fun of a customer's outfit and hair that was sitting outside. Unfortunately I already paid otherwise I would've left.

They don’t understand the word ‘toasted.’
Even when I asked it to be double toasted. Don’t go there if you want a toasted bagel. lol.

Unhappy people! Sad, that there's a lack of support.
Bagels are generally good. Sometimes toppings are inconsistent.
The space really needs to be gutted and re-done. This is the grossest location; I'm shocked they passed inspection. Too bad the owner doesn't care, as this is such a nice neighborhood to shop.

Fast service and friendly staff. As one worker was preparing my order, a really grouchy woman came in. She didn't care that this staffer was obviously working at the toaster and demanded service. The young worker handled it with such grace, and managed to multitask without losing a beat. My order wasn't delayed while she also dealt with an unpleasant customer, even including a language barrier with that customer. I was really impressed! Also, the Challah buns are delicious! Light and flaky, but hold up well to being toasted and with cream cheese. I'll definitely be going back!
I have no issue with being charged extra for toppings that I add to a bagel, but the capers and tomatoes added was an extra $2 ($1 per added ingredient), and I have 1 slice per side of bagel and a total of 6 capers in the center of my sandwich. Come on Noah’s, you gotta do better if you charge extra for this.
Always out of everything. They take 10x longer than any other location.
