This store is AWFUL. How do they never have the popular bagels a whole THREE HOURS before close time? And this is not just a first time case every single time for the last 5 times I’ve gone at 11AM they are out of the tasty bagels like 6 cheese. How is management so lost and trash that they don’t have the common sense to increase the batch of the bagels that sell the most this store needs to be shut down what a waste of space.

They never answer the phone ever. Drove 20 minutes to find out there were no bagels only plain that was the whole reason I called multiple times. The girl said sorry we were busy. 11/20 11:00 am. Won’t come back to this location. This is the third time.

I like Noah’s, I go there every weekend. Great food and coffee for just slightly more than I’d wish to pay but that’s not my issue. Fix your app, I’ve ordered so many times only to find there’s an error and the order never went through. I show up 20 minutes later and have to wait in line and order again and then dispute the charges with my bank. Seems like a huge hassle just to purchase a bagel sandwich and a colossal waste of time on my Saturday and Sunday morning.

So slow. It's sad that this place has the best bagels around. They aren't really very good.

It's damn near 2024 and Noah's still doesn't have tables and chairs inside. Talk about pandemic paranoia!

10-29-2023Last minute stop-Wanted to get the doggie bagels but they didn't have any.. not sure if they stopped making or just out..Busy and most bagels were gone..There were two Asiago ones left.. but by the time I got to the front they were gone!Ended up getting two cinnamon and two blueberry bagels for tomorrow's breakfast.

These are far the best bagels I have ever had. Their muffins and breakfast sandwiches are good too. We ordered a variety pack and was very impressed. The bagels are crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. Some are sweet, some are salty but undeniably pristine nonetheless. Spread it on cream cheese, butter, lox or anything you desire. I really wish they have on closer to where I live.

Came in around 11 to pick up a bakers dozen of bagels to take to my family. I ordered online and there was no option to pick, but I've never had an issue with what is selected for me at other locations and since it's a chain, I expected the same experience. I was wrong. The online ordering system is easy, and the order was ready for pickup as promised - so that went well. When I got to my family to start brunch, 8 out of 13 bagels were raisin, the others were 1 Asiago, 2 sesame and 2 plain. Such a dud of a box. To be fair, I'm sure it was a busy morning, and I'm sure the customers in the area aren't the most pleasant themselves, but I can't help but feel that this is a result of an exhausted staff who were all clearly "over it". Not one staff member looked content, let alone smiling. For 17.99, I expected a little more respect for my order and more variety. Next time I'll either drive a little further to the J street location (which gets considerably more business and the staff remain pleasant) or just head over to Save Mart in the same shopping center and pick up some store brand ones for a fraction of what I paid here. Do yourselves a favor if you're picking up for a crowd - hand select in person or visit another location. Unless you REALLY like raisin bagels (if you do, let me know. I've got 7 left that I'd be happy to share lol)
