ORIGINAL POST A YEAR AGO: Absolutely trashy service and basic overpriced food. They always manage to mess up orders (happened at least 3 times consecutively) and then don't want to make up for their mistakes. Instead they make it seem like it was somehow the customers fault. I returned my food for the last time. Never going back.
UPDATE 12/18/2025: I had taken an oath not to order from this place, but it had been a year and my work was buying breakfast. I figured I'll give it a chance with free food. And Noah's didn't fail to disappoint. I ordered a Power Egg White with two egg whites and turkey sausage. I got two eggs and no sausage. None of the orders were labled, so that was also fun. Learned a lesson to stick to my oaths. 😮💨

Great bagels (certified by my sister in law, a New Yorker), fast and friendly service, and very reasonably priced. A perfect stop on our road trip to Tahoe! We got 3 bagel sandwiches and they were all delicious. We also got a cold brew and cold brew shake, and a baker’s dozen with 2 schmears. Loved everything!

I just grabbed one of the specialty bagels, cheesy hash brown bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. I was unpleasantly surprised that the bottom of it tasted like cinnamon and sugar, that definitely does not go well with the savory flavor. I gave the store a quick call just to let them know that they might want to check the bottom of the hash brown bagels today, because someone might not have cleaned off the baking tray very well or something.... The gentleman who answered the phone apologized and said that they are just busy in general and that it's going to happen with the flavors getting mixed. What? I wasn't asking for a refund or anything, I just wanted to let them know so other people wouldn't have an unfortunate breakfast flavor combination. Almost $6 for a bagel that is supposed to be savory, but had cinnamon and sugar on it. No thank you.

My guy just walked about 6 blocks to pick up our breakfast/lunch and when he arrived he was met with a line of questions that were irrelevant. I ordered our food online through insta and he picked up. He told the woman my name. They couldn't find the order anywhere until my guy pointed to the counter at the back asking if that was our order. The aha moment happened and he eventually left with our food. I'm not sure what would have happened on this end the error was made but my milkshake was warm and not a milk shake at all. The bagels were good but not crazy good. Treat everyone with kindness. Don't do it because you're going to get anything. Be kind because it's the right thing to do.

I am truly stunned by how terrible the staff is. I’m in the process of moving to a different country, which is further complicated by a serious health issue. I ordered delivery for breakfast from this place 4 times in one week when I had way too much to do. Twice I got the wrong coffee drink and the two times they got my drink correct, they did not get my food correct (completely left items off). Like truly astounding to screw up the same person’s identical order 4 out of 4 times. Impressive level of incompetence. I applaud you for the commitment to being terrible at delivery orders. We all gotta have goals. Your goal, if I had to guess, is to never get it right. Interesting choice, but whatever.

I asked them to change my sandwich to turkey sausage instead of the turkey slices guy in the right was upset and said okay in a rude way so I asked why are you upset just to remake my sandwich and the guy on the right was stating can I get his name then said don’t need his name and stated that that’s not important to get his name I’m like okay his being rude for no reason the guy on the left was being more rude and talking back when I was just making sure I got my food correctly done for 3 sandwiches for $50 yes I need my sandwich correct never been a problem I come here all the time till now this 2 people need better training so sad !!!
