When a person who work at a place that cannot greet you or ask you how you can be helped is a burden! The guy with the long hair and glasses needs an attitude adjustment. Then he made me purposely wait on my order. I watched it happen just to confirm. Then politely went up and asked for my order they knew I was there for but didn’t call out. 😂 Kids!

A tired beat up hole in the wall. Since Covid inside seating was removed. Satisfying assortment of fresh, authentic bagels. However, they are stingy with the schmear - what is that about?! What could have been a perfect bagel ends up being a disappointment. Womp. womp.

I love Noah's bagel. This spot is mid. Seems a little dirty. But the food is good service is not good. The food is made on the spot not set in or on a warmer. I wouldn't go back to this location and the parking sucks.

We ordered for delivery,twice baked potato and a maple breakfast sandwich and a brisket one. I was so excited from all the rave reviews I had heard, but unfortunately was disappointed. The amount of brisket was almost non-existent and the bacon and sausage really thin. It also had so much sweet sauce that it was difficult for me to finish. The double baked hash brown were definitely not the flavor or texture I was expecting. All that said, the order came very fast and was package well. Not every dish is for every person but I felt like this was full of potential that missed the mark with lack of ingredient quality. I likely won't be trying it again.

I found 3 inches of plastic wrap inside of my bagel. I reached out to Noah's via their website but I received no response. I usually enjoy Noah's Bagels but this experience has left me feeling disgusted. I can't imagine how any of the employees didn't notice such a large piece of plastic when adding shmear to the bagel...

I come every Monday and get bagels for my office and myself. All the employees are super sweet and helpful!
I’m now writing my review from almost a year ago. But It was crowed, the wait time was ridiculous for 2 bagels. I had ordered the iced chai latte and it tasted horrible. It didn’t taste anywhere near normal. I’ve never had a bad chai latte in my life. The bagels when we finally got them were thin and not fresh or soft and had the least amount of cream cheese. We didn’t even finish them. The manager was rude. I regret leaving a tip at payment. It was not deserved. Money down the drain for our whole order. They didn’t even have many bagels left, no plain, no everything, we ended up getting the whole wheat. I preferred the other Sacramento location. Night and day difference in food and customer service.
Ordered two everything bagels. The availability on the website was not there. They didn't have exactly what I wanted. It was a half hour late but the staff is friendly and did their job at the cost of it not being what the customer wanted which I thought in business that was the number one rule. Customer is always right

The majority of Noah's bagel's locations. Have excellent bagels, however, this location the service was extremely excellent. They provided suggestions and opportunities for their customers.. Downloading they're online application to make orders easy and to receive offers was one of the extremely good ideas..
