I found 3 inches of plastic wrap inside of my bagel. I reached out to Noah's via their website but I received no response. I usually enjoy Noah's Bagels but this experience has left me feeling disgusted. I can't imagine how any of the employees didn't notice such a large piece of plastic when adding shmear to the bagel...

I’m now writing my review from almost a year ago. But It was crowed, the wait time was ridiculous for 2 bagels. I had ordered the iced chai latte and it tasted horrible. It didn’t taste anywhere near normal. I’ve never had a bad chai latte in my life. The bagels when we finally got them were thin and not fresh or soft and had the least amount of cream cheese. We didn’t even finish them. The manager was rude. I regret leaving a tip at payment. It was not deserved. Money down the drain for our whole order. They didn’t even have many bagels left, no plain, no everything, we ended up getting the whole wheat. I preferred the other Sacramento location. Night and day difference in food and customer service.
Ordered two everything bagels. The availability on the website was not there. They didn't have exactly what I wanted. It was a half hour late but the staff is friendly and did their job at the cost of it not being what the customer wanted which I thought in business that was the number one rule. Customer is always right

The majority of Noah's bagel's locations. Have excellent bagels, however, this location the service was extremely excellent. They provided suggestions and opportunities for their customers.. Downloading they're online application to make orders easy and to receive offers was one of the extremely good ideas..

I had to wait 30 minutes this morning for my food order. There was no one making the espresso/iced coffee drinks. I counted 10 on the queue screen, mine was fifth. 3 of the 4 coffee towers were empty when i went to fill the brewed coffee part of my order. After waiting 10 more minutes, I had to leave to get to work. No one had started the drinks, so I left without mine. Of course, this is the day I order the large with extra shots which costs the most and I left without it. Service at this location has slipped over the past 6 months - from employees being more interested in socializing than filling customer orders to just forgetting stuff. Today, the staff was working hard, but waiting that long is ridiculous. I keep hoping they turn it around.
Okay experience, staff polite, didn't have everything bagels.

I went to Noah's Bagel three times, and let me tell you that these breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I ordered the farmhouse on an onion bagel with egg, bacon, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese spread with a dark lemonade.
