Thinned out bagel and skimpy cream cheese. Employees were downtrodden and not very friendly. Everyone had a mad face. The bagel was half the size of a usual one and it seemed smashed when I received it. One guy was doing all the work and no one had a smile. Other customers were also frustrated with the service.

All the staff are amazing and friendly and it’s nice to be greeted and welcomed every time I’m in that makes me start my day off good! Most positive and respectful staff and just a reminder that small gestures make a difference and bring good into this world! They’re quick and fast and super friendly!
