Worst lavender Chai ever. I have been to several other Nordstroms Ebar and never had a bad experience. My drink was made completely incorrect. I know the recipe and actually make it sometimes. My drink tasted like hot milk. I asked for more cardamom on top and nobody knew what that was. Don't sell the drink if know one knows how to make it. Then charge customers even if you know the drink is made without the right ingredients. I should have been refunded my money. Learn how to make Lavender Chai properly or don't sell it.

Always great shopping at Nordy, except this time In Sacramento. Asked some one in BP about a specific sale items and she actually waved me away and said look for the yellow tags! In the 40 years I have been shopping there that was absolutely the rudest encounter I've I ever had. I told the ladies up in lingerie they were appalled. I will say as a follow up when we came back our sales girl was awesome. Maybe some customer service reminders are needed. I purposely did not go back to that desk.

I have shopped at many Nordstrom and Nordstrom Arden Fair is hands down at the top of the list. The cafe is truly a Sacramento restaurant gem, specializing in truly farm to fork. The chefs and staff are amazing. The quality of the food is remarkably the finest. The efforts of the chefs, manager, Nick and servers are superior to any Nordstrom. I, truly, believe the cafe's management and staff at the other Nordstrom cafes could really learn a lot from Arden's management and staff. Our favorite restaurant meals have been at this cafe! The shoe department, jewelry and clothing departments are great. I wish the make-up department was updated. It all begins with great store management teams, also! It is always a great shopping experience at Arden Fair Nordstrom. A huge thank you. Cindy Hume

Had a lovely lunch at the cafe. Nice wait staff and friendly cashiers. Once I got to the second floor, the vibe changed. I must have triggered store security for whatever reason because every single sales person approached me and asked “May I help you find something?†The first 2-3 times didn't bother me, but it was a succession of them. One of them even told me she noticed me walking around. Was I being watched? Every place I moved, a helpful salesperson would appear. All that welcoming attention given to little old me made me feel unwelcome.

Always out of Almond croissants. The only reason i come to the cafe is because of my favorite pastry. For the last couple of months they've been always out of it. Hope the management can get the ordering under line and have their "most popular pastry" available.
One of my favorite coffee places in the area. I love their cold brew coffee and lattes. The service is always great and friendly, and orders are completed quickly. It's also cheaper than some of the hipster places around, and better than Starbucks/ Peets

I was disappointed in my service yesterday. I called to see if I needed an appointment for a bra fitting, they said no, just come on in. The girl that greeted me said she was leaving for lunch and the other girl would help me when she was done with another guest. No big deal, but the poor girl helping me was rushed, I almost felt like a burden, and at one point kind of disappeared because she had other customers to help. I didn't have time to leave and shop else where so I bought what fit for now, but for the $$$ spent and being a loyal Nordstrom shopper I expected better.

Mixed feelings about the Espresso Bar at Nordstrom. The small coffee counter just outside the ground floor entrance to Nordstrom has a full espresso coffee menu with a limited selection of pastries and treats for a quick break during your shopping adventure. The coffee is good and served quickly. Prices are reasonable for the venue, although the plain espresso option was not listed on the menu. I was rather disappointed by the seating area with lots of mess and trash lying around. This may be the responsibility of mall management instead of the coffee bar, but it does affect the rating since the staff should try and address it. If the Espresso Bar could clean up a bit, they would probably be the best option in the mall. They remain a good option for your coffee fix to avoid literally shopping 'till you drop.

I've always loved the espresso bar at Nordies! I used to drink the refreshers all the time. My current drink obsession is dirty iced chai lattes. Within the last week I've tried 4 locations trying to beat temple coffees dirty iced chais but no one has lived up to the 5 stars! I've never been asked if I wanted vanilla chai or spiced chai! When the barista asked me, I gave her the *gasping face emoji*. I wasn't prepared for it and began not to know what a chai latte really was. She knew my confusion and said vanilla is sweeter and spiced is the classic chai latte. Whewwww sighhh of relief. I said classic spiced please! The flavor was great but my only complaint would be that it was not cold enough. It was a little more than room temperature. Since it was filled to the top, I drank as much as I could and asked for more ice. The drink was $4.20 which is cheaper than my favorite from temple coffee and larger! Can't beat that for runner up!

I always get coffee when I'm in Nordsrom... I like their service, I like their coffee, I like their pastries.
