Why don't they ever answer their call? I had to either cancel or change my order (for different pick up time) and the only way to so was by calling 916-515-8386. Called during open hours about 5+ times, Wednesday at 5 PM, and Thursday at 9:15 AM- even left a voicemail on Wednesday with call back number. No call back. If the only way to modify order is by calling, shouldn't it be a part of their job to pick up the phone? Why does it go straight to voicemail during open hours but they don't call back WTF? I'm usually a fan of nothing Bundt cake (SoCal, Portland ..)- never had this issue before.

Flavor is amazing. Wow. We tried 4 kinds of the small ones to get our first taste and I had to fight the kids off my fork!

I'm only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because their cakes make me want to eat them all the time. Like an addictive level of want. The chocolate chocolate chip and lemon cakes are the best. If I had some in my house, I'd be eating it now.

Petite Black girl braids rude no greeting nothing and I am half black so isn't about race. Not sure if she likes her job but I won't be back. No thank you or anything and so I asked for a receipt and still nothing friendly like Thank YOU ! Bad for business

Lady with braids that works here was rude. Didn't greet or say anything when I walked in. Told her I was here for pickup- came back out and just placed cake on counter, didn't say anything like here's youre cake?? Thanks for ordering?? Anything?? How am I supposed to know if that was mine or another customers? Maybe learn some customer service skills or don't work if you don't have customer service skills!!

I had the Peppermint Chocolate Chip 8 inch cake with extra cream cheese frosting delivered. It is very rich and delicious and the delivery was early.

We got a variety pack of mini cakes from here for Christmas Eve. They're small enough that you can try each flavor and feel like you didn't eat too much when you probably did. Whoops. I just tried chocolate and chocolate chip. Not bad for a chain. I'm not a fan of cake in the first place but I'm glad I got to try them out. It's nothing special. The cream cheese frosting is good. I wouldn't go out of my way for these. Not sure about the price point since they were free for me so no comment there.

I order 2 cakes server Erika order was place 11/30/23 . Fair Oaks location. Sacramento Loehman's Plaza I order 2 cakes, one Birthday cake & a second for a graduation. I went to pick my to pick up graduation cake your staff decorated as Birthday Cake. I got here at 5.38pm when ask them to remove the happy birthday decoration, no one was able to find a solution, (3 young lady' not willing to remove birthday decoration) someone came out, name Andy with a very bad attitude telling me (look I already clock out , you can remove the message yourself I can give you a little cupcake for free) I request to talk her manager they said her manager wasn't there and then she grab the cake very upset saying (Fock I guess let me remove for you) Your service is horrible What a shame !! Your cakes are not cheap & I'm was not expecting a cheap service. Your company hire people& they don't have the minimum decency to treat customers. Today is my last time I order from you, and is important to submit this review. Your cakes are not cheap your employees specially Andy is embarrassed for your business.

This is my first time picking up a personal-size cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes in Arden-Arcade. I like the store. It looks very fresh and clean. All the cakes look very delicious. I want it all! If I can handle the sugar! Lol The young lady who works here is friendly and attentive. I enjoy shopping at this store.

BOGO is the way to go when it comes to their bundtlets! Every time they have this kind of offerings I make sure to snag them up. So many flavors to choose from but my favorites are lemon and white raspberry. Their store is cutely decorated and very inviting. Definitely one of my go to places when I have sweet tooth cravings.

I ordered a CONFETTI flavored cake (with EXTRA frosting) for my wife's birthday several days ahead of time and picked it up the day before her birthday (see attached invoice). At first, everything seemed fine, and my wife was excited to enjoy what appeared to be exactly what she wanted. Her joy quickly disappeared, however, when we realized that we had received a LEMON flavored cake with REGULAR frosting, instead. Although I appreciate the irony of receiving a "lemon" here, my disappointment and frustration about this situation currently outweigh my sense of humor, particularly since this location apparently does not deliver and is inconveniently situated in a busy shopping center that is not very easy to access.

The staff personnel was friendly and took my order, said it would take about 10 minutes for my order to be ready.... And that's about how long it took. While waiting, there was a small group of guys waiting for their order. What I observed was what I would describe as great service. The guys were picking up an order for a memorial service that starts at 11am. One of the workers came out and apologized, said there would be a short delay in fulfilling their order. Upon hearing that the order was for a service, they offered to expedite it and also drive it out to where the service is so they wouldn't miss it. That's outstanding service... a solid (5/5). Place was very clean and organized a solid (5/5). And the Bundt cakes... super yummy as always... a solid (5/5). Overall experience a solid (5/5). Good job folks... keep up the great work! Would definitely recommend anyone to stop by to pick up a cake for dessert or a dozen to go for later.
